  I parked there. For a weeks trip. The website said park here and we drop off and pick up. I drove up during a snow storm. Got up there a little late. The back door was propped open with a wet floor sign. And little direction to the lobby. The bus was at the airport when I finally found my way to the front. The van got back to the hotel the lady driver was very nice and got me to air port quickly. The van is in very rough shape. It was snowing. The heat wasn't working very well, it was dirty inside, and it had a smell. It is also being held together with duck tape. Dash lights are on. To say it needs serviced is an understatement. This didn't borther. My real problem is they didn't have anyone to pick me up from the airport. I was told they didn't have anyone to pick me up and to use Uber. The front desk said they would reimburse me, but I dont have Uber. And I parked there because it was a guarantee. I was than given a phone number to another hotel Wyndham's sister hotel. LaQuinta. The driver was wonderful. The van was clean, reliable and warm. In transport. The diver informed me the hotels are not infact sister hotels. And Wyndham often says this when they fall short. I felt tricked and couldn't believe that Wyndham would put another company in a position where we both were misled. I apologized to the driver. Wyndham and LaQuinta are not affiliated. I will never recommend or park at Wyndham for an reason. Candice

  Arrived late as we were driven from Akron airport due to flight cancelations. Tgere was no one behind front desk for half an hour. Their pool and hot tube were both out of service. In the morning i was told that their kitchen was closed so there wascno where to eat. Very disappointing. At around 12:30 AM i was finally given my room key. The room was on the 7th floor, on arrival i found tgat my key was no functional. I returned to the front desk and the young clerk , on being told that my key didnt work , simply reprogrammed tge key without even saying "sorry." I asked about the airport shuttle at front desk and so told " im sorry our shuttle was broken." Due to the high traffic caused by spitit airlines going out of business my flight wasnt until 6PM. Due to the fact the hotel had no facilities, the day was better spent at the airport rather than a quiet hotel.

  Went there for Xmas with my family knowing they had a indoor pool call the hotel right after Thanksgiving requesting rooms on ground floor cause we were traveling with my autistic grandson.they put us on 2 different floors. 2 of rooms toilets didn't flush right. The 3rd room tv didn't work.and they didn't bother to tell me when I called a month before they close there pool for maintenance when are visit was scheduled. Pretty much the reason we were going.so need less to say are xmas sucked we only stay 1 night instead of 2 nights I booked. And didn't give me refund for the night we didn't stay!

  We did not stay here but used it for parking while we flew out of Cleveland Hopkins. The lot is not secure and is a bit run down. They block the entrances at night to keep parked cars safe and secure. The shuttle van is run down and not extremely clean. The three main pluses: 1.) This lot was half the price of a regular off airport parking. $64 instead of $126. 2.) The shuffle was timely and when I returned, he was at the airport in less than 5 minutes. 3 ) The shuttle driver (afternoon and evening) was extremely kind, courteous and friendly both coming and going. 4.) My car had no issues while it was parked for 9 days.

  I wouldn’t stay here again in the future. The room really messy and beds don’t look to be cleaned. All the sheets were reused. Contacted the front desk but they responded as they were short on staffs. Smell really bad in the hallway, like there is a curry food party going on. La Quinta cross street is much better
