  Ok, so I decided to stay due to the Stay and park package, it was very reasonably priced. I normally stay at the Hilton near the airport but I needed to parking over a fews days their stay and park was much higher in price. So back to Crown Plaza, I've booked the airport parking only before with great success no complaints, and since I had no issues with doing the airport shuttle with I figured I'll give the hotel a shot, and yes, I read some reviews but still wanted to give it a shot, it was only 1 night. Sadly just as some reviews said my room was worn, dated and not cleaned well either (see pictures). Something on the mirror was smeared across it. The bathroom had hair on the toilet. It was like housekeeping rushed through cleaning..My first time staying at any Crowne Plaza and this was not a good impression. While the front desk worker a (Spanish woman) was nice welcoming, she fell to acknowledge my status I have with IHG no thank you for being a Platinum Elite member no water nothing. Maybe she was too concerned about the weather conditions outside (heavy snowing) and road conditions, because she did ask me about it. Would I stay here again, not sure it depends. I might be willing to give them another shot based on my experiences with their over parking and shuttle program they have, never had an issue. Park my vehicle and catch the shuttle to the airport at a very reasonably priced. Again based on that alone I willing to give it one chance.

  We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Cleveland Airport in January using the park, sleep, and fly package. Our ride to the airport went smoothly — the driver was polite and clearly explained where to wait for pickup upon our return. Unfortunately, the return experience was very disappointing. On a cold January night, we waited approximately 45 minutes for the shuttle while repeatedly calling the hotel with no answer. Eventually, I had to book a Lyft back to the hotel to retrieve our vehicle, which cost an additional $30. When we returned, I spoke with the front desk, provided my contact information, and was assured someone would follow up and reimburse the charge. After several weeks of phone calls and emails — now nearly six weeks later — I have received no response or reimbursement. I later noticed other reviews mentioning airport pickup issues but initially gave the hotel the benefit of the doubt. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel if you are relying on timely airport pickup, especially on a cold Cleveland night. It is also puzzling that the hotel collects return time information at check-in but does not appear to use it to ensure shuttle service is available. I’m responding in regard to the hotel reply. Thank you for the response. While I appreciate the apology, I made another attempt to call the hotel as management still hasn’t responded. I left a message for a prompt call back as I was told he was walking the property. I am disappointed that despite the public response, there has still been no direct follow up from management. I still welcome the opportunity to have this matter properly addressed.

  First off service and people working late shift fantastic and will pick up from the airport when your flight gets canceled at 1am. Room keys were a bit of an issue but was resolved quickly, hotel room was a bit ruff around the edges but for a one night stay it did the job. Would recommend on service alone.

  I only used the airport parking service. Highly recommended. Easy to use with a shuttle bus that runs 24/7, clean with friendly drivers. The price is midrange. I found cheaper but the shuttle bus serice either had no shuttle bus currently available due to matienence or the hrs didn't work for me.

  Location is about the only thing I can not complain about! They didn't have the room we booked. We booked a double queen bed room and got a single king bed room for 3 adults. They didn't have extra covers over sheets to accommodate. The tub filled with water while showering and took forever to drain. The staff that was there couldn't really do much to help and the manager left and just told them to "figure it out"
