Debbi Saeng-On4 months agoOur stay has been amazing and Susie has gone above and beyond to take care of us and our accommodations. We needed to extend our trip and she helped get us into another room right away and even offered to hold our luggage and have it brought up to the room while we were gone for the day. She always greets us with a smile and is consistently checking in with us to make sure we have everything we want or need. Would gladly stay at this hotel again, and her impeccable service is a big factor!
Johann Santos3 weeks agoI used to work at the Newark Marriott Courtyard a long time ago. The service hasn't changed. It is still really good and the server we had, Adolfo, was proof of that. He was very attentive. Marriott maintains a great standard. DJ Daniel was also very entertaining. Thankfully he played Gen X 90s music.
Xochitl Cruza week agoRooms were great, food and bar reasonable for on site location. Very convenient. Pool refreshing. Laura and Angela, professional and accommodating for our American G.I. Forum conference. Anything we needed within reason was available to us. Great service, great day.

I travel to the area often for work while building out a new facility, and Ricky has been consistently friendly, helpful, and genuinely positive from day one. On this trip, he went above and beyond. I found out last‑minute that my CEO was flying in and I’d be presenting on the construction site. Ricky immediately stepped in—he printed my presentation, organized the documents, paper‑clipped everything, and sent me off with encouragement. His kindness and support made a stressful moment much easier. Employees like Ricky make this hotel feel like a home base for my team and me.
Julie-Ann Enriqueza month agoWhen booking, the photos didn't show how dated the rooms really are. The room we stayed in needed some maintenance. (I.E. stain on the carpet & couch, dislodged ceiling tile, bathroom walls need some caulking, etc.) Even if the room wasn't what was expected you can tell that staff is trying to turn the hotel around. Both the lobby and the restaurant look very nice. Staff has been great, especially Ricky at the front desk. He took our feedback very seriously and we felt well taken care of. Ricky was very hospitable so 5 ⭐️ to him!
