  This hotel is amazing. The garden is beautiful and the staff is great. As we walked in, we were offered a friendly greeting (I think it was a manager) and our check in was seamless with Brianna. She was so sweet, positive, and seemed like she truly enjoyed her job. She was able to find us an upgrade due to our Marriott status and when she found out it was our anniversary she personally delivered to our room a voucher for a feee cocktail or appetizer!! We were surprised and I feel this was going way above and beyond! We had a room overlooking the garden/pool area which was all beautifully landscaped! I would 100% recommend!

  I recently had the pleasure of staying here and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff (Luke) greeted us with warm smiles and exceptional service that made us feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth, and I was impressed by the beautiful decor and ambiance of the lobby. My room was spacious and immaculately clean, boasting stunning views of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to enjoy restful nights. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I look forward to returning in the future. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury, comfort and stunning views. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable!

  This location is amazing for being downtown San Antonio but not right in the midst of the traffic of the Riverwalk, but within a walkable distance. The rates were more than reasonable than other options that were available at the time, but always beware the unseen fees associated with city locations like parking and covinence fees which added up to close to $100 per day to our stay. Service was excellent. The restaurant was amazing. The spa team were top notch, some of the best massages we've ever had. Check in was a breeze and the front desk team were very helpful and accommodating as we had special check in requirements that were effectively communicated throughout the team. Overall excellent stay, would highly recommend, just be aware of the additional fees.

  Service was great, location was great, rooms just didnt live up to expectations. Or maybe my expectations were too high coming in. The pillows are probably one if the worst in the business. The mattress is a close 2nd. Overall room layout and designs are great. I had a spacious suite with a balcony in the 2nd floor. Open concept bathroom with a double vanity, farm door to enter the bedroom, glass sliding window out to the balcony. Rooms were nice and clean. The amenities at this hotel were also great. Corinne down stairs, the anaqua lounge, the pool, all amazing vibes. I had a great time on the property. But when it was time to lay my head and get some rest, it just didn’t match everything else that this property is offering. Would I go back again? Maybe not as a guest of the rooms, but I would go back and be a client of the restaurant and lounge.

  During my recent stay at this hotel, I had the pleasure of being assisted by the exceptional Management Staff, Joe and Ashley. Their unwavering dedication to accommodating my needs left a lasting impression on me and a desire to return. I must also commend Charlie, the diligent front desk attendant, whose thoroughness in providing information about the hotel and the city of San Antonio was truly commendable. Additionally, I would like to express my gratitude to the two ladies names which escape me, who went above and beyond to secure a private dining area for our group; their attention to detail and professionalism made our evening truly special. In addition, a special mention to the Valet manager and their team whose understanding and assistance were invaluable throughout our stay. Overall, the level of service provided by the staff at this hotel exceeded my expectations. Their commitment to guest satisfaction and willingness to go the extra mile truly sets them apart. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in San Antonio.
