I’ve experienced several events here—Fall Fest, Taste of Helotes, the Miss Helotes pageant, and the Gerlach kickoff—and each one has been fantastic. The atmosphere is always welcoming, well-organized, and full of energy. From fun family events to more formal gatherings, everything is done with care and excellence. The staff is friendly, the space is beautiful, and every visit leaves a great impression. Highly recommend—such a special place to make lasting memories! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Rocky Kimbrell II9 months agoPedrotti’s Ranch was an outstanding venue for the CIHQ conference — spacious, well-organized, and full of Texas charm. The event halls were large and comfortable, with great lighting, plenty of room for vendor exhibits, and easy access to breakout spaces. The setup was professional and well-executed, with tables arranged perfectly for networking and presentations. The catering area was efficient and well-staffed, with plenty of room to move around even during peak times. Food and drinks were kept stocked, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the day. The overall flow of the venue made it easy to navigate between sessions, exhibitors, and dining areas without congestion. Outside, the ranch offers a beautiful and relaxed setting with string lights, picnic tables, and open-air seating that gives it a true rustic Texas feel. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a full day of events or enjoy a quiet conversation under the lights. The combination of professional facilities inside and the peaceful outdoor charm makes Pedrotti’s Ranch a top-tier event venue. Highly recommend this location for conferences, banquets, or large gatherings — it delivers on both function and atmosphere.
Christina Cantu7 months agoI want to extend my deepest gratitude to Ms. Fletcher and her incredible team for helping make the Brandeis Broncos Football Banquet at Pedrotti's truly unforgettable. I have never felt so supported, or so personally attended to at any event I’ve ever helped plan, and that means more than I can express. The venue was beautifully decorated, spotless, and welcoming the moment we walked in. It set the perfect tone for our evening, and we heard so many compliments about how stunning everything looked. Ms. Fletcher along with Pablo, Ramon, Marina, Kaylee, Aidan, Anthony, Mark, Jordan, and Patty, went above and beyond at every moment. Each request was met with kindness, patience, and a genuine willingness to help, even when I was unsure of what I wanted or needed. Patty, Marina, and Aidan stepped right in to help set up tables without hesitation. Anthony went above and beyond adjusting the lighting until it was perfect. Ramon checked on me throughout the day and evening, never letting me feel alone or overwhelmed. And having the bridal room to get ready in, complete with drinks waiting for us, was a thoughtful gesture that eased so much stress. What stood out most was how personal the service felt. Not once did I feel like “just another event.” Your team made me feel seen, supported, and valued from start to finish, and that level of attention is rare, special, and truly appreciated. I’ve been part of many events over the years, but this experience was, without question, the best. You all should be incredibly proud of the hospitality you offer, it is genuine, heartfelt, and unforgettable. Becky Hammond8 months agoPlaces a true gold mine . The people who work there are great, from the owner to the MC, genuinely kind-hearted Cowboys. This was my first rodeo and I am definitely a fan. The property is beautiful as are the animals. The food was amazing as well.
