  One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had in my life. I signed up with Marriott Vacation Club in August 2025, and from that moment on, it has been nothing but frustration, delays, and complete disappointment. Every single interaction feels like shouting into a void. It takes 2–3 weeks just to get a meaningless reply like “I’ll check and get back to you,” only to wait another 2 weeks for absolutely no real update. Waiting an entire month just to hear back and still get nowhere is beyond unacceptable, it’s infuriating. To make matters worse, the salesperson, Kenderick, did not properly brief or explain the full terms and conditions of the package. The entire sales process felt rushed and unclear. This is not how sales should be conducted, it honestly feels like the salesperson was just focused on taking your money and then completely disappearing afterwards. On top of that, there was also pressure to provide contacts of family and friends as leads, which felt extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. Calling their service line is even worse. No one knows anything, no one takes ownership, and no one can even direct you to the correct person. It’s like dealing with a system designed to avoid helping customers at all costs. If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. For a company that presents itself as premium, the level of service is shockingly incompetent and unprofessional. Completely regret signing up, save yourself the stress and stay far away.

  I was expecting this will be a very pressurizing place but Gam Perera really gave a really nice and straight forward overlay and was happy to discuss travel plans with him. He shared the offerings really clearly and the presentation was more travel centric and was not aggressive or have a very high pressure sales talk. If you want to sign up or know more I would highly recommend him for a more comfortable sharing.

  horrible experience with their service staffs when purchasing holiday package. When I am about to purchase package from them, the staff was rude asked me to pass my credit card to her instead of keying into the system. Not sure why she has to collect my credit card information instead of going through payment machine at the counter. Even you want to collect my credit card information, I need to be informed on the amount to be charged together with agreement form right ? There is nothing and don’t even bother to explain further. Hey! Please ! This is Marriott and not the supermarket. Proper explanation to customer is the basic manner and customer has the right to understand the fees right ?

  Terrible. It operates like an MLM scheme without stating clearly all the fees upfront. After sitting in on an extremely long pitch from their sales - and signing the deal and a lengthy contract, you are left with service standards that are little to none. Completely appalling!

  Ditch all your memberships! Worst club ever! Don’t waste your time! Try to sell us the membership by convincing us the club are always available. Tell us don’t believe what the comments from the internet. Guess what? MVC shown us today, 23 Jan 2024 that they cannot deliver. The dates we submitted for booking is rejected. Utterly disappointed!
