Wayne E4 weeks agoJosh was the absolute best. I had a fantastic room and an overall great experience. Some of the other people at the front were polite and nice but Josh is an absolute gem to the hotel. And I'm not sure if I had any other member would that outcome been as great.I had one of the best experiences I've had at the hotel and working with him probably was a major reason why. Room was another standout and for the most part everything was top of its class. I didn't get my typical late check out and it's probably because I asked someone else about it and not Josh. Ok it was an *availability thing" which I understood but I still thought for a moment "is this because the person responding this time I haven't worked with since coming to the property??" Overall I would recommend this hotel if you're in Cleveland. If I ever come back I'll likely stay here again. I think it would still depend on the staff to excel at great service if I did.

Marissa and the team were so easy to work with. Food was great at Bett's, and the valets were amazing. Our guests loved the wine tastings and morning coffee. Highly recommend if you're looking for a wedding hotel!
Miranda Easterdaya month agoOur first time downtown Cleveland and this hotel made it a wonderful experience. Valet parking is worth the $55 overnight. The water pressure was strong, the beds were firm but comfortable, we had to wait a little after 4 to check in because our room wasn’t quite ready but they did give us a free drink pass for the bar so that was friendly. We will definitely be coming back!
Elias Thornwell3 months agoI stayed at the Kimpton Schofield Hotel for a short trip and overall it was a comfortable and convenient experience, though not without a few minor issues. The location is probably its strongest point. It’s right in downtown Cleveland, so it was easy to walk to nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and even some attractions. The building itself has a nice historic feel, but the interiors are modern and fairly stylish without feeling too overdone. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated small touches like the complimentary coffee in the morning. Service was generally polite, though not especially memorable. Check-in was smooth, but at times it felt like staff were a bit busy or distracted. The room was quiet overall, but I did notice some street noise at night, which might bother light sleepers depending on where your room is facing. In general, it’s a solid place to stay if you want something central in Cleveland and don’t mind paying a bit more for location and style. It didn’t feel luxurious, but it was reliable and easy for a short stay.
Jack Tumblina month agoFancy beautiful 8th floor room, past midnight on Thurs night, can't get a wink of sleep due to screaming engines of jerkwad souped up cars racing up and down the street without mufflers. Sounds like same 2 cars, iver and over and over for 2 hours straight. No help from front desk; they say the racers usually stop by about 1am or 2am. No police response, front desk says it hapoens all the time. I will NEVER return to this racetrack NASCAR noisemaker hotel. Don't come here if your hearing is normal. Never. Never. Never again. Tomorrow I'm cancelling my 3 night stay after just 1 night. Hotel staff is helpless; police ignore it, hour after hour, night after night. Stay away from this hotel and all neighboring hotels.
