  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful family stay at JEN by Shangri-La, Singapore We had a fantastic family holiday at JEN by Shangri-La, Singapore, staying for 4 nights with our 2-year-old, and the experience was truly memorable. The rooms were extremely clean, spacious, and very well maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free—especially while traveling with a toddler. The breakfast options were superb, with a wide variety to suit all tastes. There were plenty of choices for adults and kid-friendly options as well. Everything was fresh, well organized, and delicious. What really stood out was the customer service. The staff were incredibly warm, polite, and always ready to help. They were very accommodating to our child and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. Overall, JEN by Shangri-La is a perfect choice for families, offering comfort, cleanliness, great food, and outstanding hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore. Looking forward to staying here again!

  Terrible street presence with the lobby on the 10th floor. Rooms are extremely small without a separate bathroom. Very weird layout. Very ordinary service in all areas of the hotel. Highlight would be the pool area with a great view. Buffet breakfast was plentiful but not great. The 4 star rating this hotel has seems like a stretch. Overall value for money is poor. Would certainly not stay there again or recommend.

  This birthday and wedding anniversary trip with my child was truly a joyful and memorable experience for both of us. Special thanks to Rebecca at the Reception for the thoughtful gesture of chocolates and popcorn — it was a lovely surprise and made our stay even more special. The hotel was also very clean and comfortable. We will definitely come back and stay again with our child next time.

  We stayed at JEN Singapore Orchardgateway by Shangri-La again because we had a good experience during our previous visit. This time, we booked a different room type and later realized that it was located right beside an exhaust system. The noise was not very noticeable when the TV was on, but it became quite loud when we were trying to sleep. We also found that the breakfast selection was better during our first stay. On this visit, there seemed to be a heavy focus on egg-based dishes, with less variety overall. It may be worthwhile to review the breakfast menu and consider providing a wider selection of dishes. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciate the hotel’s location and service, but we hope these areas can be improved for future guests.

  This hotel is suitable mainly for business travelers or tourists staying for one or two nights. The location is good and convenient. There is a rooftop pool with a nice view, although the food served at the rooftop bar is of average quality. The room design and overall atmosphere are rather basic and lack character. During peak hours, there are long—sometimes very long—queues for breakfast, and waiting times for the elevators can also be quite frustrating. If your budget allows, I would recommend looking for another hotel with more atmosphere and a better overall experience.
