  Check-in was a breeze and all formalities were handled promptly. It was a smooth start, though not particularly memorable. ​The location is fantastic, with most attractions within walking distance and a great variety of restaurants nearby. As for the accommodation, the room was clean, well-kept, and equipped with all standard amenities. However, the room size was a bit of a letdown. The space felt quite small by Intercontinental standards. ​On the bright side, the hotel lounge offered a relaxing atmosphere with a nice selection of snacks. I also thoroughly enjoyed dining outdoors at Publico. The atmosphere was great, the food was excellent, and the portions were generous. ​Unfortunately, the check-out process needs significant improvement. There was only one staff member on duty for a line of about eight people. While they eventually brought in a second staff member and later a manager to assist, the response was too slow. By the time the situation was under control, several guests had already lost their patience.

  Stayed for 3 nights over the weekend as part of my birthday trip and had a lovely experience. The welcome was warm and friendly, and the team were genuinely caring, attentive and helpful throughout my stay. The room was relatively compact but very well designed, with beautiful interiors and luxurious amenities. The bed was firm and incredibly comfortable, exactly how I like it. It is tucked away in a quieter pocket while still being within walking distance of Clarke Quay and its nightlife. There are also plenty of beautiful bars and dining spots nearby. I especially enjoyed the morning stroll to Fort Canning Park. Overall, a very enjoyable stay. The only thing I regret is not finding time to use the pool. Hopefully next visit.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent stay at InterContinental Singapore Robertson Quay. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and welcoming. A special thank you to Farid at the front desk. He greeted us with a genuine smile, made us feel welcome right away, and went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. His attentiveness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly enhanced our experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and in a fantastic location. Combined with the outstanding hospitality from team members like Farid, it made our visit to Singapore even more memorable. Highly recommended, and we look forward to returning in the future!

  This is a classic Intercontinental experience - great location, classy ambience and above average service. We had a river view corner suite with floor to ceiling glass panes, and the view is excellent. The hotel is new and tastefully done up. The lounge experience can be improved: while we were placed in a private space which is excellent, the wait for the served canapés were a little too long. While the plating is nice, the compromise on speed is regrettable. Nonetheless, this was made up for with excellent service from the staff. All in a great experience.

  I had an absolutely amazing time at this hotel. The rooms were okay, but the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. Special shoutout to Cluwiie and her team at the club lounge for going out of their way to ensure we felt comfortable. I especially loved the convenient location, which made it easy to walk to major attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend!
