The hotel offers a modern and comfortable atmosphere with beautiful views of the river and convenient access to downtown Wichita attractions. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with quality amenities and a relaxing environment throughout the stay. The staff members were professional, welcoming, and attentive from check-in to check-out. I also appreciated the elegant lobby and common areas, which created a polished and upscale atmosphere without feeling overwhelming. The location was perfect for exploring nearby restaurants, shops, and entertainment venues. Everything throughout the property felt organized, clean, and professionally maintained. This is definitely one of the best hotel options in Wichita for both business and leisure travel.

The first thing that sets this venue apart is the location and atmosphere. Sitting right along the Arkansas River and connected to Century II, it gives events a true upscale, city vibe that’s hard to match anywhere else in the area. Whether it’s a wedding reception, corporate gala, or private event, the setting instantly elevates the entire experience. From a production standpoint, the ballroom spaces are excellent. The Grand Eagle Ballroom and surrounding event areas are spacious, clean, and very well laid out for entertainment. There’s plenty of room for a packed dance floor, lighting setups, and a seamless flow between cocktail hour and reception. For DJs and event teams, load-in is smooth, and the staff is always organized and professional. Speaking of staff — the service here is consistently high-level. The coordination teams communicate well, timelines stay on track, and they truly understand how to run polished, high-end events. That makes a huge difference when you’re trying to create an unforgettable night for clients. The hotel itself adds even more value. Fred Coon4 months agoI stayed at the Hyatt Regency Wichita for a business trip from Monday through Saturday (plus an unexpected extra night due to flight delays). Overall, it was a solid stay. I had two different rooms during my visit, and both were clean — not immaculate, but perfectly fine and comfortable. The only issue I ran into was that the shower door leaked water onto the bathroom floor. Once I figured that out, I set aside a towel each day to catch the water. Housekeeping did a great job replacing the towels daily without issue, which I appreciated. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful, both at check-in and checkout. The bar/restaurant served good food, and the bartenders were especially friendly and helpful with recommendations. Parking is in a garage and costs $15 per day for self-parking. There was plenty of space available. Pro tip: get an extra room key to leave in your car so you can easily get in and out of the garage. Overall, a good, reliable option for a business stay in Wichita.

I’m sharing this so it can be addressed, as it may affect guests’ experience. I appreciate the hotel and want to see it maintain its good image. Thank you.
