Angela Fraser5 months ago⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great stay for a big family (and dogs!) Breakfast at the Hyatt was fantastic. There were plenty of drink options, and I loved that the milk, apple juice, and orange juice were set on a chilled pad—such a neat feature. The food was better than the typical hotel breakfast too: French toast (a nice change when most places only do waffles), delicious scrambled eggs, and I appreciated that they served sausage patties instead of bacon. Our room was spacious and perfect for our setup. We’re a family of 6 with two dogs, and the small kitchen, plus the doors separating the beds from the living room/kitchen, space made a huge difference. The kids were thrilled to all pile onto the couch pullout, because staying at a hotel with a fun bed is always exciting. It also felt like the property has been nicely renovated recently—everything felt clean, new, and fresh. The in-room phone chargers were a huge win (our room had two, which was perfect for all our devices). The kids enjoyed the pool area, and there was a great amount of seating in the breakfast area so it never felt cramped. Overall, a really pleasant stay and we’d absolutely come back.
Gentle Nomad4 months agoThe front desk team is gracious and professional. Check in was a breeze. Some tasty food options, just steps from the hotel. The hotel has had extensive renovations for the better. Management is both intuitive and proactive in ensuring you have a great stay. Breakfast team works hard to keep things clean and fresh. The hotel provides excellent value in a relaxing setting. I look forward to returning.
Kristin Rawlinson2 months agoNice hotel, great breakfast (for a hotel). Rooms next to the stairwell are a bit noisy. The blackout blinds in the room weren't amazing but the ones in the living area were great. Elevator was out of service at the main entrance.
Adrienne Baez2 months agoAfreeda at the front desk was super helpful and so kind. She was able to get us checked in early and the whole staff were just very welcoming.The breakfast spread was delicious and hot. Overall a great experience!
Lannie Mugleston (Mugs)8 months agoService and location were fine. Your basic room that's not a suite is absolutely tiny and I'm pretty sure they were storage rooms converted to hotel rooms. And I don't know how some reviews here said the breakfast was good, because it was actually terrible. Very little selection and everything was dry and old tasting. For a Hyatt, this is an unacceptable breakfast. Even for a Travelodge, this breakfast would be unacceptable lol. Find a different hotel if you are looking. We would never stay there again
