  This hotel is exceptional, and it is because of the people. The facility is clean, rooms are clean and comfortable and the beds are super comfortable. The breakfasts are good with plenty of food. What I really love is the incredible service and people who work there from the front desk to the people who clean. Victoria the manager is obviously invested in this hotel and works hard to greet people and make sure their stay is good. She went above and beyond for me when I had a minor problem and was incredibly caring for my needs. The front desk staff is always friendly and efficient, greeting everyone who comes through and taking care of any needs you may have. The gal who serves food is absolutely the sweetest and kindest person who works hard to keep food stocked and the room clean. The cleaning staff is also very polite and accommodating. As a side note, it is also a pretty convenient central location in San Antonio being right by the airport. We have stayed here multiple times when in town and have had a fantastic experience every time so now it is our go to place!

  This was the best hotel experience I have had in years. The staff was great, the room and facility were great, breakfast was excellent, they had happy hour with free snacks and drinks in the evening. It was all as perfect as it could possibly have been, and all for a reasonable price. Well done!

  This place is great! I can’t say enough good things about this place. This place checks all the boxes for what you look for in a nice hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate. You can tell they take pride in what they do. It’s well maintained and housekeeping does an amazing job as well. I won’t consider staying anywhere else in SA.

  Within the span of one month, I had the opportunity to stay at three different Holiday Inn hotels, which gives me a good basis for comparison. On the positive side, the breakfast is very complete and definitely worth the price difference since it is already included. I would especially like to highlight the quality of the coffee and the kindness of the staff — even about five minutes before closing, they kindly let you know so you can take whatever you still need. The hotel also appears to have been recently renovated, as the furniture is in good condition and not worn out. The location is another strong point, being very close to the airport and also to North Star Mall. Additionally, the parking is a plus, as it is controlled with a gate and limited exclusively to guests. On the negative side, cleanliness was noticeably below the standard of the other two Holiday Inn hotels I stayed at. The first day the room was very clean, but during the rest of the stay, housekeeping only made the bed. Toiletries such as body lotion and shampoo were not refilled, and it was clear that the room was not swept or vacuumed. When I asked about the cleaning service, I was told that they were not sure whether daily cleaning was included. In addition, the bathroom extractor fan was not working, nor was the shower. Overall, I believe this hotel offers good value for money; however, these details are important to consider, especially when comparing it with other Holiday Inn properties.

  Great location for flying in. It is also easy to access the interstate to get downtown and to the Alamo/Riverwalk or wherever you want to go in the area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel and rooms are very clean and secure. The breakfast was great with several options to choose from. We would definitely stay again.
