  I stayed here for three days due to a business trip. First of all, the room was maintained very clean and tidy, and the daily housekeeping was very attentive, which was a big plus. Although the soundproofing was not perfect and I occasionally heard knocking noises from the neighboring room, it was still acceptable. The bed was extremely comfortable and maintained the consistently high standard of the Hilton group. Regarding the service, when I was pushing my luggage alone, the staff on the ground floor and in the lobby did not proactively offer assistance, and there was no welcome drink. This is an area that I think could be improved. However, during check-in the front desk staff handled everything efficiently and even proactively helped look for a same-category room with a better location. I really appreciated this, and it made me feel that joining the membership program was worthwhile. Due to time constraints, I did not get to use most of the hotel facilities and only had breakfast at the restaurant. The restaurant staff were generally proactive and attentive, and I was checked on several times during the meal. However, the dining area was quite crowded and the seating felt a bit tight, so I would recommend avoiding peak hours if possible. During my stay it rained in the afternoons on several days, and the hotel did not proactively provide umbrellas, so guests who forget to bring rain gear may want to keep that in mind. Overall, the stay was quite pleasant, and I would consider staying here again if I have the opportunity.

  I stayed at Hilton Singapore Orchard for 48 days, and it truly felt like a second home. The location is unbeatable — perfectly connected by public transport, surrounded by top-tier shopping, and endless dining options just steps away. Convenience doesn’t get better than this. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was professional, warm, and attentive, consistently delivering service well beyond expectations. A very special thank you to Jimmy at the Executive Lounge. Every morning, he prepared two customized cups of coffee just for me, remembering all my preferences without ever needing to ask. His thoughtfulness, consistency, and genuine care made each day start on a perfect note. I would also like to sincerely commend Windy from Housekeeping. She treated me not just as a guest, but like family — caring for every aspect of my daily living needs with kindness, patience, and warmth that went far beyond what her role required. Her presence made my long stay truly comfortable and heartfelt. Because of people like Jimmy and Windy, this hotel delivers a level of hospitality that far exceeds a typical five-star experience. Whenever I return to Singapore, Hilton Singapore Orchard will be my first and only choice.

  Very nice hotel with great facilities and spaces. Absolutely astonished with the swimming pool and the views! Breakfast was lovely too. Room is an excellent standard though with a 5-star past myself I could find things that'd be possible to improve on (carpet and sofa very subtle but visible stains, the AC even in low fan setting is giving some noise at night; room card doesn't work for the pool access by default; plus I had to pay an early check-in fee - because my travel agent didn't accommodate for my landing time being 6am in Singapore - then was told after I paid this I cannot have breakfast that morning though. Durian is banned, rooms are non smoking - again in the UK 5-star hotels are not as restrictive and whatever the guest wishes they'd accommodate for (not that I'm a smoker myself just interesting to see how it's different here with rules in place for guests even though it's a five-star hotel). Staff are friendly and attentive. Concierge is helpful and great too. Housekeeping staff are amazing and very polite and hard working ensuring the rooms are well looked after. Despite towel policy I did get new towels, not sure why when I did NOT leave them on the floor, trying to be mindful for the planet.. Meeting spaces have beautiful interior design too and are functional. Great experience overall.

  We’ve had delightful stay at Hilton Orchard Road Singapore. The room was very comfortable, exceptionally well appointed, and well-serviced by housekeeping staff. Our dining experiences in both Ginger Lily and the executive lounge have been outstanding. In particular, the staff at the executive lounge, whether it was for breakfast or Happy hour/dinner, were incredibly attentive, very professional and super friendly. Wonderful service from Donovan, Fairy, Sean, Chia Yi, Amorul, Eileen, HaziQ, Jimmy, Sani and chef Lilly! The food in the executive lounge was well prepared and delicious! Well done! Concierge services were friendly, professional, and very helpful. We’ll be back!

  Absolutely loved my stay at Hilton Singapore. Beautiful setting, comfortable room, impeccable service from check in to check out. The executive lounge was very nice and what made it even more special was Jimmy who took care of all our needs especially when we craved an oat milk latte. The food we had for our daily breakfast was outstanding. Every detail was thoughtfully done including the fruit basket, dessert tray on our first day to the thoughtful birthday cake and decorations for my special surprise birthday. This hotel is truly a 5⭐️ experience. Highly recommend!
