⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Bluegreen Vacations Eilan Hotel & Spa was absolutely wonderful. The property is beautiful, clean, and feels like a peaceful escape while still being close to everything San Antonio has to offer. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the entire resort was well maintained. We especially loved the relaxing atmosphere, gorgeous grounds, and resort-style amenities. Whether you’re looking for a family getaway, a romantic weekend, or just a place to unwind, this resort delivers. We left feeling refreshed and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxury experience with Texas charm! #BluegreenVacations #EilanHotelAndSpa #SanAntonioTX #TexasTravel #LuxuryGetaway #FamilyVacation #WeekendEscape #ResortLife #TravelTexas #FiveStarStay ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel is nice with updated gym equipment in the gym. The beds are comfortable. The pool area is really nice. Staff is nice. The downside is that the interstate is right there with your scenery. The lights at night are pretty to look at. There's no kitchen so you have to buy all your meals either in the restaurants in the hotel ir starbucks in the hotel.

POV: Day Pass. Beautiful location and adequate pool. The bar staff and spa staff were wonderful. However…don’t waste your time on day passes here. The minute we walked in, the valet would not acknowledge our existence. Then the front desk staff gave us side eyes and exasperated answers. The security guards at the pool didn’t let us breathe before flagging us over. Then we noticed they watched us closely the whole time. When we left, the valet again would not acknowledge us. We had to force a conversation just to get our car. But they had no issues immediately greeting the couple behind us. I understand that I’m tattooed and have unnatural hair. But my money is just as good as someone else’s. I’m glad we decided on day passes and not to stay here.

I signed up for a Bluegreen Vacations promotional package that included a heavily discounted two-night stay in exchange for attending a timeshare presentation. After booking, I received text messages with instructions for the tour, including directions to use valet parking and check in at the presentation location. On the day of the presentation, I was delayed by traffic and road construction and arrived approximately 20 minutes late. I communicated this ahead of time and was told that it would not be a problem. When I arrived, I checked in and waited for my assigned representative. Instead of discussing the presentation, the conversation quickly became focused on my income. I provided the income from my most recent tax return, but that was not accepted. I was repeatedly asked about my current income. Because my current income was lower than the amount the representative said was required, I was informed that I did not qualify for the presentation and, therefore, would not receive the promotional vacation benefits that had been offered. What was most frustrating was that this qualification process happened only after I had already signed up, traveled to the location, and followed all of the instructions provided. The promotional materials and qualification information I saw did not make it clear that my eligibility for the presentation and associated gifts would ultimately depend on a higher current income threshold than I believed was required. I do not have an issue with the sales staff themselves, who are simply following company policies. My concern is with the way the promotion was presented and administered. If Bluegreen Vacations intends to market these offers only to people above a certain income level, that requirement should be communicated clearly and prominently before customers commit their time and travel to attend. The experience felt like a waste of time and left me disappointed with the company's transparency. Fortunately, I learned this before spending any additional money with the company.

Hotel is resort style, no housekeeping. Everything was nice enough and not old, the towel bar in the bathroom was peeling the whole time though so silver paint was going everywhere-should’ve just been replaced. The hotel parking is valet only and even when we called down to the front desk to have the car out front when needed (which we were told to do so it would be ready) it never was and the people at the valet seemed to have never been told by the front desk so that lack of communication was frustrating. Nice pool and lounge area, didn’t use the spa or restaurant or anything else though. Not in walking distance to anything but six flags
