We had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Bellevue. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. A special thank you to Angela at the bar, who provided outstanding customer service. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Her positive attitude and professionalism really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bellevue.
Just want to share some facts before anyone want to book this hotel. (1) Check your final receipt carefully to avoid deliberately over-charging. In my stay, I have one night parking, and they charged two days and add a valet parking that they never have. Do not be surprised, the staff are rude and they would not feel sorry at all:) (2) If you want to stay in a 3 star hotel with $40 per night parking and super tiny parking lot, enjoy:) (3) They claim daily housekeeping, but they do not. And the front desk will proudly tell you do not do daily house keeping:) (4) The bottle water in the room is per stay not per night. If you stay more than one day, they will charge you every time they put a new bottle water there even if you said you do not need:) If you move the bottle water to put it in another desk, they will put new ones in there and charge you bottle water fees:) (5) Please enjoy all nights working noisy air conditioners in the room:) In Bellevue, you deserve better choices :)
The hotel is clean, and the front office staff were very nice and genuinely tried to be helpful. The snack and drinks area at the reception is also a very convenient touch. However, the hotel overall feels a bit dated and has several areas that need improvement. The main pool basin was quite cold and had a strong chlorine odor. When we asked about it, one receptionist didn't know basic details like whether it was heated or where the changing area was. The staff also weren't able to inform us about trustworthy car rental options in the area. Breakfast had a very limited selection and was expensive for what was offered. In the room, the coffee machine looked like a Nespresso with capsules but instead it was drip coffee, that wasn't refilled by housekeeping. And the AC was quite loud every time it switched on. Finally, we noticed several times that trash left by some guests in the corridors wasn't cleared very often. It is a functional and clean place to sleep, but it lacks modern updates and doesn't quite live up to the price tag.
Decent stay, some of the pictures are miss leading and the hot tub had too much chlorine in it. But be weary and check your receipt and credit card from unauthorized charges. Take pictures of the water and any other snacks they leave in the room for charge because they charged us for water we did not drink. I contacted them and got it credited back but its the principal that they are doing this. Also to charge $40 a night for parking in a cramped parking garage is pretty ridiculous, plus the night before we checked out the parking garage was full. If you're charging people for parking make sure there is enough parking to accommodate everyone staying at the hotel.
Very good hotel for family stay in Bellevue. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bathrooms are also well maintained. Breakfast quality was very good with a good variety of options. The location is convenient for visiting Bellevue and nearby Seattle attractions. One area for improvement is the front desk service, which was not very friendly during our stay. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant hotel experience.
