I give this a low score because they are greedy and money hungry. No other hotel in Bellevue charges parking. I wasn’t told I would be charged for parking or that there was a fee. I was asked if I had a car, I said yes and then they handed me a pass. No one ever said anything about having to pay for it and $32!!! For what?!? Then I had my ESA dog which no one has ever charged me for they charge a $75 cleaning fee. Like I understand, taking a deposit in case the animal messes something up but A $75 cleaning fee like what extra do you have to clean? My dog doesn’t make a mess. He is well trained. They should only take a deposit and if the animal messes something up and then they do it. I just feel like for a hotel that costs 200 and up Her room that they wouldn’t price gouges so much. I would rather stay at the quality Inn than ever stay at the Hilton again
Under renovations. Was incredible in its day. The food was so unbelievably good! Very impressive, the Lamb Chops & Tenderloin Bits were so incredibly good, I wanted to order them again. I want to try everything on the menu. Reception was friendly, parking easy, our room was very spacious. 9th floor requires running hot water for awhile to get to your floor but totally worth the wait. I genuinely feel impressed by this older, beautiful hotel. Hope to return soon.
Had a single overnight with my BF the hotel itself is nice, nice grand lobby. Front desk staff super nice and enjoyable. The elevators are under repair so there was only one working which just took longer. The pool was nice and warm, the hot tub however was only 5 degrees warmer than and pool and felt icky, I take hotter showers than what the hot tub was at. The rooms were nice and big, dated but I appreciated the roominess of the room (don't forget to dust the headboards). The bar and area for eating was nice, we didn't eat there but staff was nice. The light rail is literally across the street from the hotel which is super convenient.
Moderate luxury hilton hotel, great location, with parks at walking distances, good to walk around especially in the spring. Trailheads and quick lake points. Railways connecting right across the street. Nice views of mountains. Poolside had a jacuzzi as well. The front desk staff is friendly. Breakfast was good and so was the hydra-massage, had a free trial and only was $10 for 10 minutes. Elevators are fast, and no wait lines.
Fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and the amenities were top-notch. I especially loved the pool and the comfortable beds. Will definitely come back!
