  We stayed here during CNY for staycation. It was our first experience to enjoy the baby-friendly lounge, it helped our stay a lot. Thanks to Harry and Kenny and all the team there, our stay became so comfortable and fruitful. Our baby also liked them! We will definitely come back. Also door man and bell hops were very helpful, appreciate their hospitality. The best service!

  INCREDIBLE! I was hesitant at first given the high room rate and the hotel being older, but it really does live up to its brand reputation as a Luxury Collection hotel. PROS *The service was incredible. In particular, Mr Harry (Executive Lounge), Ms Judy (Hotel Manager), Mr Kenny (Executive Lounge) and Ms Sheryl (AYS) were genuinely so welcoming, friendly and passionate about their work. *Executive lounge is one of the best I have ever visited: huge space, well furnished, delicious and premium food and beverages. TWG tea and a selection of cocktails made to order. *Housekeeping was 10/10. My room was spotless, even under the couch, under the bed. Every part of the room was immaculate. *Location was very convenient, near many buses and near Bugis station and a plethora of shops and restaurants. Also near hawker markets and cheaper shopping. *Elevators were always so quick. CONS *The only con is the service experienced in the Lobby Lounge by the male team member in a suit, I think the manager, on 9 May lunchtime. The hotel was overwhelmed with hundreds of last-minute new bookings due to a Disney Cruise cancellation, which certainly tested the hotel team's ability to maintain high service levels with high occupancy. Everyone I encountered was still cheerful except that one man in the Lobby Lounge who I found rude and made me feel like a burden just to be a guest...

  We loved the old time feel of the building and its convenient location to different attractions and as well as the night market nearby. The room was on the small side, but that was expected. The service was cordial and professional. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to get an upgrade based on my Gold status. It seems upgrades are a thing of past. The gym was very nice and clean, and there was a small area that I can do my Yoga in peace (except one of the nights, some really loud young people were hanging around outside of the yoga room for unknown reasons).

  Fantastic stay overall at Fraser House Singapore. The staff was genuinely warm, welcoming, and consistently helpful throughout the trip. Breakfast was excellent, especially if you enjoy Indian cuisine, there was a surprisingly rich and diverse selection every morning. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is something very unusual: the bathroom amenities. The Byredo shower gel, shampoo, and lotion were honestly one of the worst fragrance experiences I’ve had at a hotel. Heavy tobacco-and-leather cologne vibes that completely cling to your skin and clothes. As someone who enjoys wine and subtle aromas, it genuinely ruined my palate for the rest of the trip, and the scent stayed with me through the entire flight home. So this is not really a bad review for the hotel itself, but definitely a 1/10 review for that Byredo product line. Please consider changing it.

  I had a wonderful stay at Fraser’s House. I can’t fault anything. The service was superior, the rooms, lobby and ammenities were top class and the food in Luce buffet was sensational. The location is brilliant and within walking distance to all major attraction. Highly recommended… I won’t stay anywhere else on future trips.
