  We held our wedding at Windows East, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The venue was beautifully set up, creating the perfect atmosphere for our special day. During the planning stages, we were well taken care of by Ivy and later Clara, who were both patient, responsive, and reassuring throughout the process. On the actual day, our banquet manager, Constance, impressed us greatly. She had clearly studied our plans carefully and ensured everything ran smoothly. It gave us peace of mind knowing she was on top of every detail. The food was delicious, the service was commendable, and the team was warm and attentive. Not forgetting our bridal suite which was spacious, classy and beautifully decorated for our joyous occasion. Our wedding went perfectly, and we are truly grateful to the team at Four Seasons for making it such a memorable celebration.

  Short but delightful stay. Had to make a last minute change to my hotel accomodation while in Singapore and decided on the Four Seasons due to its reputation (needed a proper night sleep). While I expected the rooms to be a bit dated, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall condition of the hotel. From check-in to check-out the overall experience lived up to the reputation of the brand and from the very first minute the staff made me feel welcome and special. Well appointed, spacious and beautifully decorated rooms. Even if close to big avenues no noise at all in the room from street or adjacent rooms. The gym area is absolutely stunning and with the most recent equipement. Adult pool is delightful and quiet. Had dinner in the premises and it was also excellent in terms of variety, flavour and service from staff. Already looking forward to my return.

  I had a wonderful experience at the Executive Club Lounge at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, and I’m especially grateful to Vienna and Sean for making my birthday celebration so special. They were warm, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful throughout our visit. They consistently anticipated our needs and went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of. Their service felt personal and sincere, not just routine. Vienna and Sean truly embody genuine hospitality. Their amazing service made the celebration even more memorable, and I’m very thankful for their kindness and care.

  This is a typical 5 star Four Seasons Hotel. Your expectations will be met like any other Four Seasons Hotel, so I will only detail where I think it fell short: gluten free items for breakfast. We booked this hotel because it had good reviews for gluten free items for breakfast. A member in my family has celiac disease so they cannot have any gluten. The options for breakfast are basically eggs and gluten free bread. They have other gluten free items, but they are situated right next to items containing gluten, so the risk for cross contamination is high. If you are eating gluten free by choice, then I think it's fine. If you have celiac, I would look elsewhere or skip the breakfast.

  We as adults enjoyed our stay however I really want to compliment the staff and hotel for the treatment my kids aged 3 5 and 9 got , they were super friendly and caring towards them from amenities to a personalised in room experience. My son was not well the one morning at breakfast later that evening they sent him a balloon , card and chocolates. Excellent customer service
