  Excellent stay from start to finish! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and well maintained, with a great historic charm. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very quiet. The staff are friendly and professional, making check-in and the entire stay smooth and easy. The complimentary breakfast and evening snacks are a fantastic bonus. Great location near downtown and the river—highly recommend for anyone visiting Wichita! If you’d like it shorter, more business-travel focused, or more about amenities like breakfast and happy hour, I can adjust it 👍

  One of the best perks was the complimentary breakfast and evening food offerings—it was a great way to start the morning and end the night without having to leave the property. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with large bathrooms and the added convenience of a microwave in each room, which made it easy to heat up food whenever needed. The location was also fantastic, especially during Riverfest. We were able to watch the opening ceremony fireworks right outside the hotel entrance, and the concert took place directly outside as well. If you’re visiting for Riverfest or other major events, this hotel is in an excellent location. Combined with the comfortable accommodations and complimentary food offerings, it made for an overall great stay. I would definitely stay here again!

  I love the cleanliness and professional of the staff of this hotel. The location is great next to the Kansas river! You can walk to the cute little town where there are a lot of restaurant. It is about 15 minites ride to and from the airport and they provide the shuttle. They provide breakfast and free dinner at the certain time you can check that out at the front desk. 👍🏻✨️🎊

  Drury Plaza Hotel Broadview completely exceeded expectations in every way. The lobby and common areas were elegant and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxing and upscale without being overly expensive. The employees provided outstanding customer service throughout our entire stay and made us feel truly appreciated as guests. The location near downtown restaurants and attractions was extremely convenient, and the hotel itself was spotless from top to bottom. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in a long time.

  Over the past 4 years I have stayed at this location quite a bit. Up until this last year it has always been a great experience. This last trip sadly was the nail in the coffin though. Traveling alone with 4 kids one being blind they used to always provide an easy access room. The last few times they have not been able to accommodate it. This most recent stay being the hardest for accessibility. It rained last night and rain was coming through the ceiling at the window into the room. Sadly the hotel was booked full so they weren't able to switch me rooms however other than bringing up a bucket to catch the water there was absolutely 0 effort to rectify the situation. So me being pregnant travel with 4 littles on two full days of driving I am running ok a couple hours of sleep because the sound of the rain splattering into the bucket kept me awake most of the night. The staff themselves are always really helpful and go above and beyond in the dining area to make sure the kids and I are well taken care of. Not sure what is going on because the family friendliness and accommodating that drew me to this hotel has disappeared.
