  Due to the price this is a one and done for me. Very expensive for the Disney magic. Room was fine clean, staff was great. Felt like everyone working there enjoyed their job. But good location and clean property. We did have an issue where the room key system was down and I had to be let in my room by staff until issue was resolved. Pool was fun and nice place to relax during busiest time in the parks

  My family of 6 stayed here for Mother's Day weekend 2026. It was a great time! All of the cast members were friendly and very helpful. The kids loved the pool, and we really enjoyed Goofy's Kitchen. If you need absolutely anything, all you have to do is call. We booked on the Disneyland app and bought 1-day tickets to each park. Overall, we had a great time. I did wish there were some type of complimentary food beverage items after paying thousands of dollars to stay there. Also, we apparently had a complimentary lightning lane pass that we didn't know about. We wish that we were told that when we checked in. Other than those things our stay here was fantastic. We stayed from Friday night- Monday morning, we went to both California Adventure Park one day and Disneyland the next day and we paid $3400 just for the stay and theme park tickets.

  Smiles from valet to our room. Employees here really love their job and it shows. Room was ready and clean. Bell service made us feel at home. Front desk was exceptional with my concerns. Entrance to DTD was fast and easy. Goofys Kitchen is a fun option. Our server Martin was awesome making sure the characters came to our table. My only complaint is parking prices dont need to be 45/75. Other than that, if you can afford to stay here, do it. It makes disneyland better. Thank you!

  Very nice, historical place. Disneyland Hotel now has 4 different towers, with pools, event spaces and sit-down restaurants and to-go places. Love the security fences and gates to keep you safe. Staff, very friendly from greeting you to the warm hellos in passing.

  I stayed 5 nights November 2024, and only say 4 stars because the room was not turned over all the way when I got into it. There were used contacts and used eyelashes on the sink, wad of hair in the shower and no robes in the room. Even with that as my first impression for the resort, they did get it all taken care of for me when I called front desk and asked about it. The room service always arrived quickly and came with oranges(which we took into the park as snacks). Almost everything I tried I liked, and the pricing was comparable to other restraunts in the hotel/downtown Disney district. The pool area is amazing with 3 heated pools to swim in, 3 hot tubs, a water slide area, steamboat Willie splash pad l, and plenty of chairs and tables to sit/cabanas to rent. It was a very fun experience for all ages in my opinion. I still dream about going back to this hotel specifically( Though they are getting rid of early entry for hotel guests), so much so, I'm planning on going back to this hotel again because the staff and vibes were immaculate. The room I stayed in was in the frontier tower and I personally think all the original hotel rooms are a little bit dark and dated looking (but the light up headboards are exquisite). Next time I am going to try the villas in the newest building as they look bright and fresh and up to date. I'll let you know after my next stay (hopefully this year) how the villa tower is.
