  We selected Conrad Orchard for our wedding solemnization and banquet and we did not regret it at all! Grace Lum was our coordinator and Nafeez our banquet manager. I had very specific requests of having a full long table setting for 250 pax, and Conrad was the only place we found that was able to accommodate our table layout without additional costs. Throughout the preparation process, Grace helped us think through every aspect of the wedding programming, and was so assuring throughout too. We also had some friends who were getting married at the same venue 2 weeks before us, and our guest list overlapped. We were very worried but Grace helped us ensure that we deconflicted some of our key menu items with them so that our guests could have different types of food! They even went to the details of ensuring that those with allergies had different menu items. After the banquet, Nafeez still stayed on (it was almost 12am!) to make sure we were well taken care of, shared with us some things that they had made decisions on together with our friends, and assured us that it went smoothly. Overall we are so grateful for the great experience at Conrad! All our guests enjoyed the food, the wedding favours and the beautiful decor! Thank you Grace and Nafeez, we highly recommend Conrad Orchard to any couple looking for a banquet venue!

  Had our wedding lunch banquet at Conrad Orchard. Was impressed by the hospitality and patience as Grace explained the wedding package to us (Conrad stood out among the 10 hotels we visited based on the value) and sealed the deal by providing one additional wedding wish on goodwill - this enabled us to stay for one more night with in-room dining credits and experience the executive lounge and gym which we were very impressed with. Halfway through, our wedding coordinator changed to Ann, and the handover was seamless. We were also very impressed by Ann's service and appreciate that she accommodated our requests like giving us 2 vip lots on goodwill as well as remove 2 additional guests (11th pax in 10 pax table) last minute to prevent food wastage. Really appreciate it. On the wedding day, the banquet team was excellent and one female staff even went the extra mile to help me with my dress, give us warm water with straws, and hold our props when we were taking photos around the hotel. Our banquet manager Heman was so professional, kind, and reassuring in explaining the march-in and procedures on the wedding day, and handled last minute schedule changes like putting the video after the toasting very seamlessly. All our things like bouquet of bridal flowers and bridal veil were well taken care of and not lost in the chaos. The staff at the executive lounge were very helpful and we especially enjoyed the scones and mocha - I really hope they sell the scones somewhere. The gym is spotless with a reformer pilates machine and all essential equipment. The bed linen is very comfortable and we can even select the type of pillows using the pillow menu. The in room dining experience and service staff were great. Overall, we enjoyed our experience at Conrad Orchard very much and hope they keep up this good service.

  My husband and I had the pleasure of hosting our wedding at Conrad Orchard, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible team who made the entire experience so smooth, seamless, and genuinely enjoyable :) A huge shoutout to Grace (Catering Sales Manager), Dinie (Banquet Manager), Abhi (AV Technician), and the entire banquet and culinary team. Grace was an absolute joy to work with — incredibly detailed, patient, and always accommodating to our requests. She made the planning process feel calm and well-managed from start to finish. Dinie ensured everything ran like clockwork on the actual day; food was served on time, the programme stayed tight, and he was so patient throughout. Abhi was also very easy to work with, and the AV ran perfectly without hiccups. We received so many compliments from our guests about the food, and the dessert especially was not only delicious but beautifully presented as well. The bridal suite was spacious and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities, and the hotel itself is stunning. The location is also excellent — very convenient and within walking distance to town. Ultimately, what truly sets Conrad Orchard apart is the exceptional service. Thank you for helping make our wedding day so special and memorable! We couldn’t have asked for a better venue or team 🥰

  We recently celebrated our wedding here and could not be happier with the experience from start to finish. A huge thank you to Matthew and Suhaila for guiding us through the planning process. They were always responsive, patient, and willing to accommodate our requests, which made the entire journey much less stressful. Special thanks as well to Anba, Farhan and the banquet team for their outstanding coordination on the actual day. Everything was executed smoothly and professionally, allowing us and our families to simply enjoy the celebration. Lastly, compliments to the chef team for the excellent food. Many of our guests shared positive feedback and thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but the entire team went above and beyond to make our special day memorable. We are truly grateful for the care, professionalism, and dedication shown by everyone involved. Highly recommended for couples looking for a wedding venue and team they can trust.

  We recently held our wedding luncheon at Conrad Singapore Orchard and had such a wonderful experience from start to finish! From the moment we confirmed our wedding package, the entire process was smooth and seamless. A huge thank you to Matthew, our wedding sales coordinator, who was always incredibly prompt in answering our endless questions and gave us many helpful suggestions throughout the months of preparation. His professionalism and patience made wedding planning so much less stressful for us. We would also like to specially compliment Feng Yu, the banquet manager, and his team for their excellent service during our wedding luncheon. Feng Yu was friendly, approachable, and very experienced, he ensured everything flowed smoothly from the beginning till the end of the event. The banquet team was also very well prepared and attentive throughout the luncheon. The food by Summer Palace was exceptional as well, many of our guests complimented how delicious the dishes were. Our stay at the bridal suite was another highlight. The room felt very new, clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the bed was especially cozy after a long wedding day. We also appreciated the complimentary cake prepared for our special occasion. We extended our stay by moving into a deluxe room after the wedding, and it was equally spacious, clean, and well-equipped with amenities. There was a slight musty smell from some pillows in both rooms initially, but housekeeping responded very promptly and replaced them quickly, which we appreciated greatly. Lastly, the hotel location was very convenient for guests attending the wedding — just a few minutes’ walk from Orchard Boulevard MRT, with a bus stop right outside the hotel connecting easily to Orchard area. Thank you to the entire Conrad Orchard team for making our wedding such a memorable and enjoyable experience for us and our guests!
