  This hotel is WAYYY outdated and the entire 4th floor was FILTHY. The room was in complete shambles with peeling wallpaper, gross smells, trash left in the room, the entire floor smelled like pee. The TV had multiple channels that were 'Audio Only' and we were told by the front desk agent that the whole hotel was that way! The pool and hot tub are not like the photo at all. People were smoking out there and the hot tub kept turning off. The staff were kind and friendly, but not in the slightest bit helpful. And the homeless population around and right outside of the hotel was absolutely out of control! It is less than a mile from the Riverwalk, but do yourself a favor and pay the extra to stay downtown. The 100$ less per night is not worth it. (I never leave bad reviews. I am just generally very disappointed in this place.) Also, there is a bar right next door that plays music all night with flashing lights outside. Sleeping was not easy. And you have to pay for parking as well! 2/10 recommend.

  The Hotel is nice in that price, the location is little distant from the downtown. If you don't have car, and walking back after a river walk, the way is empty, need to come back early for safety. Hotel rooms, services are nice. Breakfast options are limited but nice. Self serviced drinking water available, no need to buy water bottle. Only issue us the WiFi. It doesn't work properly. Need to improve that. Though beside the expressway, the noise is not that loud.

  The hotel is clean and well kept…mostly. Some of the furniture had broken panels like someone kicked it or dropped it. The curtains didn’t close all the way. There was no hair dryer in the room. A major turn off for this hotel was the paid parking. It was not optional unless you want to park your vehicle in a barely lit street. $32 for parking for 2 nights. The breakfast was typical Comfort style; scrambled watery eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, and waffles. The hot tub was also closed and was one reason I chose this hotel.

  When you first walk in the hotel the sliding doors dont open correctly all the way I almost hit my face the smell of the hotel is not great the free water in the lobby tasted like bleach the room smelled terrible of mold and smoke the carpet was damp with a nasty stench the bed foot area was raised so high that I felt like I was sliding off the bed trying to sleep the bathroom smell was extremely disgusting there was hair from previous guest on the toilet bathroom sink the floor there was hair in the bed thank goodness I take my own sheets the water while brushing your teeth had the most disgusting taste and there was no stopper for the sink several things kept trying to fall in there while I was utilizing that area breakfast fruit old both days taste was gross and fruit slimy other guests at hotel agreed hotel needs extreme renovation could not even get in the pool because there was so much trash that had flown from surrounding areas that it did not make the pool seem appealing to get in will definitely not stay here and I've advised all of my team from work to not book here as well as any friends or family the hotel needs extreme renovation Upon checkout I have a contract with my work to get a invoice with a zero balance was told that I booked with a completely different engine than what I booked with and I couldn't get it finally somebody else who knew how to print out the receipts was able to give it to me Charging for parking in this not up to par hotel is crazy!

  Scary homeless people surround the hotel and it's parking lot. I would not feel safe going out at night. Worried about my car being broken into the whole time we were there. Insult to injury, you have to pay 16$ a night to park in the scary homeless filled parking lot! No options. They don't tell you that when you book the room. Rooms were a bit worn out and needed better cleaning. The hotel was close to city center but too many homeless to be able to walk there. Won't be going back and can not recommend this hotel.
