  One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Service is on a par with the finest service-oriented chains (like Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton). Staff are very helpful, not intrusive, they make everything easy and let you enjoy however long you have. Both restaurants were great, with Fiamma also serving the buffet breakfast. Breakfast isn't quite up there with Ritz Carlton but decent quality and selection nonetheless. Had Sunday dim sum lunch, very good with some unique menu options. Bob's bar is also a great place for an evening cocktail and the pineapple room is good for later evening cocktails, pool table, and a more laid back evening vibe. The rooms are amazing (we had an ocean view on a high floor), faultless fixtures, fittings, and facilities in general. The only disappointments on this staycation weekend were when we ventured out to other hotels/ bars around Sentosa for meals and drinks. Next time will just stay within Capella! Also a much easier trip (simple cab journey) vs. Indonesia or JB options, with more timing flexibility and more of the weekend spent relaxing!

  When you arrive the services team warmly invited you to a calm and serene atmosphere of genuine hospitality. In this heat and humidity, the welcome drink and towels are (literally) a cool reset. The rooms are well appointed with a subtle note to its heritage and the calm it brings washes your worries. The service for breakfast is impeccable and nothing short of amazing. The pool and fitness centre are well equipped even for the fitness enthusiasts. Amazing stay where you can be fast paced in a calm environment or calm in a quietly fast paced setting.

  I had an amazing stay at Capella, and the service was truly top-notch. We had a late dinner at Fiamma, ordering just a few drinks and an appetiser. As it was quite late, we decided to take the main course to go. However, the restaurant staff member, Kalai, kindly recommended that the meal be served in our room instead. It was such a thoughtful and considerate gesture. The next morning, we returned to the same restaurant for breakfast. The food was fantastic, offering a great variety with both a buffet and free-flowing mains. The manager Canny was very friendly, and all the staff were equally welcoming and attentive. Before leaving, we decided to relax by the pool, where we met Nelvin. He treated us warmly and generously offered ice cream and frozen grapes to help us cool down in the heat. As we departed the property, we were greeted by the bellman, who was also friendly and helpful. In particular, we would like to thank Logesh, along with a few other staff members whose names I unfortunately can’t recall, as well as Fandi from the Front Office. Thank you, Capella, for the wonderful accommodations and exceptional service. It was truly a memorable stay.

  We chose Capella Singapore to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and somehow a simple staycation turned into a full-blown “are we secretly royalty?” experience. Honestly, if I could give 6 stars, I absolutely would. I originally booked a Premier King Garden Room, but upon arrival we were unexpectedly upgraded to a One-Bedroom Villa — and the best part is, I didn’t even ask. That moment alone already set the tone for the stay: thoughtful, generous, and quietly impressive. Service throughout the resort was impeccable. Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming — the kind of hospitality that feels natural rather than scripted. One of the fun perks here is the buggy service around the property. You can call for a buggy anytime to get around the resort. In fact, I called one to go to Fiamma, only to realise later that my villa was basically… right next to it. The ride took about 20 seconds. I felt a little embarrassed for making the driver come all the way just for that, but he greeted us with the biggest smile like it was the most normal thing in the world. That level of kindness really stuck with me. The buggy can even take you all the way down to the carpark directly to your car, which is such a small but incredibly thoughtful touch. From the beautiful grounds to the exceptional service, everything about this stay felt special. We had such a wonderful anniversary here, and it’s safe to say this won’t be our last visit. Capella have officially set the bar very high for staycations. We’ll definitely be back. 🌿✨

This was not just a luxury stay, it was an emotional and unforgettable journey. What truly sets Capella apart is its people. The warmth, professionalism and sincerity of the team elevated every moment of our stay into something extraordinary. Elton and Boon from the Bell Team were our first touchpoint with Capella and they immediately set the tone for what became a flawless experience. Their attentiveness, efficiency and calm confidence made us feel welcomed and taken care of from the very start. They were never just handling our luggage, they were quietly ensuring that every movement and every request felt effortless. Their hospitality was subtle, polished and deeply reassuring. Sherlyn deserves special recognition for the beautiful honeymoon room setup. What she created for us was beyond stunning, it was emotional. Walking into a room that had been so lovingly prepared with so much attention to detail made us feel truly valued and celebrated as a couple. It was not just décor, it was a meaningful gesture that we will always remember. Rens, who conducted the activities and classes, brought so much joy and warmth to our stay. His friendly and engaging personality made every session enjoyable and relaxed. Whether we were learning something new or simply enjoying the moment, he had a wonderful way of making us feel comfortable and present. At Auriga Spa, the experience was equally lovely. The atmosphere was calm, soothing and beautifully designed, making it a perfect place for couples to unwind and reconnect during a honeymoon stay. Together, these wonderful people transformed Capella Singapore from a beautiful resort into something truly meaningful. We did not feel like guests, we felt genuinely cared for and celebrated during one of the most important moments of our lives. Capella Singapore is not just a destination. It is a place of warmth, elegance and outstanding hospitality. To Elton, Boon, Sherlyn and Rens, thank you for giving us a honeymoon we will treasure forever.
