  I had a last-minute stay at the Canopy after the Texas Restaurant Association show. I just want to comment that every single employee I encountered was so kind and friendly. I must’ve been in the elevator a lot because I rode up with a chef from Domingo, a chef from Locura, valet and maintenance crew. Every single one of them went out of their way to say hello, ask me how my stay was going, and if there was anything they could do. It was pretty fabulous and next level hospitality. The rooms are beautiful and the view was amazing. Food was spectacular. Will definitely stay here and recommend this spot!

  Very charming hotel, I would 100% stay here again. The front desk staff was welcoming. The valet guys were lovely. The room was clean and the decor was fun. Seeing the sun rise through the huge windows overlooking the city was a nice treat. The only negative I’ll note for those this might matter to (though acknowledged the hotel can’t control this) is the street noise. Even from the 18th floor, the music and traffic was so loud that I did not have very restful nights. But what can you expect when staying downtown in such a lively city.

  This location, and the AMAZING staff exceeded our expectations in every way possible! First, the location (right on the Riverwalk) can't be beat. Second, the spacious rooms with a cool, modern vibe are amazing. We spent plenty of time out enjoying both of our balconies! The restaurant (where you can easily use your destination and HHonor credits) offered exceptional service and texas sized portions of some of the absolute best entrees we found in the city. But, above all else, this property excels in customer service. The level of respect, courtesy, helpfullness, and professionalism was beyond belief. The staff went above and beyond to offer such a memorable experience from check-in to check-out. A very special thank you to Hannah who not only went out of her way to deliver a perfect stay, but also truly showed every quality a hospitality manager should possess. Also, a special shout out to Tatyana and John for all your help! Hilton is lucky to have this property within their portfolio! Can't wait to see you guys on our next trip to San Antonio!

  I had a wonderful stay at Canopy by Hilton San Antonio Riverwalk and was so impressed by the customer service and thoughtful details throughout the hotel. When I had a room next to a crying baby, Hannah kindly helped me switch to another quiet room immediately, which made such a big difference—I slept so well afterward. Every staff member I encountered was warm and friendly, and Philip made the checkout process quick and effortless. The hotel feels luxurious, modern, and brand new. I loved all the little touches, especially the refillable water jar in the room and filtered water stations on every floor—it was so convenient and saved me money. The Nespresso machine was also a game changer; the coffee tasted amazing every morning. I also loved the body care products—they smelled incredible and felt very high-end. You can really tell this hotel pays attention to every detail. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

  We had a great 3 night stay at Canopy for a family wedding. Great room, very nice hotel. It’s all about the staff, though—and staff here was superb. John, front desk evenings, helped us immeasurably with plans for our room by phone before we even arrived. Hannah welcomed us warmly and efficiently when we arrived. And the star for us—-Malek, our breakfast server 2 of the days we ate at Domingo’s—Malek’s a great guy and a terrific server. He got us started those two days with a warm welcome and flawless service. We’ll happily stay here again when we next visit San Antonio.
