  Staying here with friends at this moment, we had two rooms with connecting door. Would be nice if we could let the doors-connected stay-open. The rooms are spacious and real comfortable. I like the arrangement of bathroom area & walkin closet, very smart. The eco-friendly, plastic-free amenities are a great touch and highly commendable.

  Very convenient. Clean hotel. Safe abd quiet. Service is excellent. Even the restaurants and cafe lounge, all the staffs are super attentive, friendly and helpful. Very comfortable experience here. Consistent service hospitality standards throughout the building. From hotel to dining to drinking to poolside. Everyone seems to be enjoying their work. We are happy to be here. Will definitely come back again! To stay , or to chill or to eat. The best.

  Such a beautiful hotel! The rooms are clean, beautifully designed, and comfortable. I stayed in a Suite with 1 king. My room had a really nice view. The hotel is in walking distance to many restaurants and malls. You could even walk to the Supertree Grove and Marina Sands in 30-ish minutes. The staff was friendly, rooms were clean, ample space to store your items, and had all the basic amenities, plus dental kit and normal sized shampoo, conditioner, soap, and body lotion! I loved the teas they had and they replaced the ones I drank everyday. There was a wireless charger on the alarm clock, which was pretty nice since I didn’t have to take out my charger. The toilet is in a separate room than the shower and it had its own sink. Breakfast was expensive, but there were many options. I liked the staff uniforms. They were funky and artistic, which complimented the vibe of the hotel. I had a great stay and would definitely return!

  For this pricepoint, I felt that the hallways are a bit dated. The hallways smelt musky, suggesting it might be time for a carpet redo. The gym was a bit smaller than I expected, too. Staff service was great, so were the amenities though. The view from the swimming pool was amazing. The best part is the location, this hotel is directly connected to Bugis MRT without the need to go outside, and also directly connected to a mall ad well.

  I really loved my stay at Andaz Singapore. At first, I was slightly underwhelmed, mainly because there isn’t a grand reception or an immediate sense of obvious luxury. But over the course of my stay, I came to appreciate that the luxury here reveals itself more gradually. It comes through care, comfort, and attention to detail, with moments of real spectacle in places like the beautiful pool area and the exceptional breakfast, even if it’s not immediately on display when you arrive. The little touches made a big difference. I loved the thoughtful light controls in the room, the ability to open and close the curtains at the touch of a button, and the privacy screen on the large window. The views were very impressive, and the pool, with its stunning outlook, was a highlight. The breakfast was outstanding, and the restaurants within the hotel were equally impressive. We dined at several of them and were consistently happy. I also really appreciated the daytime snacks available in the lobby and the complimentary minibar, which added to the feeling of being genuinely looked after. While the room design itself wasn’t my favorite and felt like one of the weaker points for me personally, the overall experience more than made up for it. The comfort, the attention to detail, and the many thoughtful touches made my stay feel easy and well considered. I would happily stay at Andaz Singapore again.
