  Thank you for the reply earlier. Since I’m unable to reply to your Google response, I’m leaving another review here. There has been no apology or service recovery from ALPHA on that night. I have edited this comment hoping it can be properly resolved. I will attach the bill as a screenshot from my payment provider. This is not about the amount we paid — it’s about the fact that we were charged and never received the bottle at all that night. You mentioned having over 70 CCTV cameras, so it should be very easy to verify what actually happened. The way this was handled and responded to feels dismissive rather than accountable, and I truly hope this is reviewed seriously. We paid $450 for a bottle and were not even provided the bottle. The staff kept moving us from table to table and never actually brought out our drinks till the very end. The staff clearly not proactive in managing the situation. It felt like they were just taking advantage of customers. Definitely not worth the price or the hassle. It honestly felt like a complete scam — they clearly don’t care about customers once they’ve taken your money. Never again.

  We’ve been visiting Alpha for a while now and want to highlight the wonderful service from Shika. She consistently shows great hospitality and is extremely patient. Even when the club is packed, she still handles requests with a positive attitude and a smile. We’ll definitely be back at Alpha — it’s our go-to spot now!

  Club Alpha is always a great place to chill and have a good time. The atmosphere is lively with great songs most of the time, and the vibe never disappoints. The bartenders are friendly and helpful, and service is always smooth. A special mention to Shika,she has always been super helpful whenever my group visits. From helping us with table and bottle bookings to sorting out any issues quickly, she really makes the experience even better. We always go through her when making bookings because she’s reliable and welcoming. Definitely one of the best spots to enjoy a night out!

  We paid around 320 dollars for 1 bottle (which cost outside 65$). Then only to get bad quality of service. From black wear staffs, I felt like no manners and disrespect! Spoiled our mood totally! Basically indoor music is loud. So i need an urgent phone call, When i request them they said, Once we go outside the bar they never let me allow go back. And about use outdoor bar, they said its only for members. So what we will do! Secondly, the toilet not hygiene, i really felt people urine on washbasin. The smells bad. The music quality is ok, but Behind the stage screens are damaged. The Club is expansive but services like cheap! I and my friends decided never go again..

  Here's my experience with Alpha, so far. Staffs are friendly and always looking after the table needs. Music and atmosphere are amazing, good mix of songs and they are just accommodative. Yes they have strict rules and regulations on number of pax, and entry regulations. Well that's what makes them different from the rest and its all arranged to give better experiences for us and for their business. Wishing you guys continued success. Special shoutout to Sheika, Lingesh, Haresha, DJ Fazid, DJ Vim, Theepan, Dj Pretiv, Dj G Raj for always having good conversations and warm welcome. Love, Raghuwaran
