  The stay was ok. Could be better. The front desk lady Gabby was so sweet and tried her best to accommodate housekeeping issues. She was being pulled every which way but she was very nice, customer service level through the roof. Just thankful she was there. Our past stays have not been the best but we will be back as long as she is there! Thank you again Gabby!

  Ridiculous experience. Our reservation and check-in time were both after 3:00 PM, yet hours later our room still was not ready. We were told we could use the pool while waiting since we had a reservation, but even after two additional hours the room still wasn’t available. To make matters worse, the hot tub wasn’t working at all and the pool water was cold and clearly not heated. Nobody seemed to know what was going on. The front desk told us the GM called off, employees started late, and they were down to only two housekeepers — as if that’s somehow the guest’s problem. The entire place felt disorganized with no direction or management in control. We paid for a full stay and lost hours waiting around with nothing ready. Completely unacceptable service, and I absolutely believe a refund is deserved. I can’t blame the individuals at the front desk and I will not because they are not responsible for the situation listed. My second time staying here thinking it would be better, but clearly it’s the same mess. Check-in was delayed for hours, the room still wasn’t ready, the hot tub didn’t work, and the pool water was freezing cold. Staff had no answers and management seemed completely unorganized. Hearing excuses about employees calling off and only having two housekeepers is not the customer’s problem. We paid for a full stay and lost hours waiting around. Very disappointing experience once again

  I have had much better experience at cheaper hotels than this. Room number 119 Paid $370 for 2 days. My bathtub was clogged with hair so the water would back up and you had to take a Shower standing in Dirty sewage water with hairs in it. Absolutely nasty. The shower curtain smelled like Dirty men Sweat. The furniture was old. The frame of the table lamp was rusted. Room was small and the beds were small. Told the front desk the first day about the clogged bathtub but they didn’t clean it. They didn’t offer free breakfast. I told the lady i just wanted a glass of milk and she was nice enough to give me a glass for free but the milk was completely spoiled and bad. The Hot-tub didn’t open till Noon. I was so uncomfortable there that i checked out 2 hours earlier than i planned on leaving. Just so i could get home and take a clean shower and get some food and drink. The most Horrible Hotel Stay ever. Will never go back!

  I believe the staff here goes above and beyond for their staff. First off I had reserved a pack n play for our room. The front desk located it for me as soon as I got there. I also lost my sons retainer at the hotel. We realized it as soon as we left and were on our way home 2 hours away from the hotel. This staff has been absolutely amazing in helping me locate this retainer and getting it back to me.

  great price, when we first got there room smelled strongly of chlorine. After running the ac/heat for awhile it got better. The hallway we were on was a little moldy smelling, I think the big pool area atrium needs to have better ventilation so the humidity doesn't get into the halls and rooms. Toilet was weird, took like 10 minutes to flush. Shower was decent. Staff was super nice. I would probably stay there again just because the price was good.
