Tour is the best part — get to visit the hotel upstairs as well as view a Chinese shop with actual food items prior closing. Tour guide is excellent — kept the talk serious and factual. Wish there were more actual artefacts from Wing Luke, who is named for the museum. Also Bruce Lee story was brief.

I’m into Asian culture, it’s pretty cool. The displays are impressive and captivating. There was lots to see it talked a lot about the importation history and what only life was like for that culture coming to America.

I really enjoy the Wing Luke Museum. The two tours I've attended, the guided museum tour where you get to see inside of the preserved hotel and the red lining walking tour were really fantastic. I highly recommend attending both if you're interested in learning about Seattle's history. Outside of the great curation and preservation work the museum does, the gift shop has an excellent selection of items.

This museum is bigger than it appears to be from the outside. There is a lot of reading but it is still engaging and interactive. Not interactive as in screens and buttons. This museum encourages visitors to be part of the art via stations that pose a question along with a means to answer. Those means include drawing, writing a message or sharing a story and dressing up in traditional attire. Then future visitors get to see what you left behind. We took the 1:30 tour with Hana as our guide. Do not miss the tours they offer. You get completely unique experience via the tour. Hana did a great job of immersing us in the world that once was Seattle’s asian immigrant community via her story telling and the connections she was able to tie to the building or artifacts. This museum is in Chinatown, but is focused on more than Chinese immigrants in Seattle. I learned a lot and I plan to return.

Beautiful and educational museum with stories about immigrants from many countries in Asia, their stories, sometimes very personal and detailed. Appreciate the kids room which is a wonderful combination of fun and a bit of learning Loved that they have tours as well. The tours take you to parts you can’t go to on your own so I highly recommend
