Sylvia Amundson8 months agoI have always loved WHBM clothing and the customer service experience I have received but only from the sales gals. Rebecca, however, the store manager is nothing short of rude and discourteous. Her manner, tone and lack of eye contact, smile or greeting. . Her attitude on a recent item return was shocking. Never again will I deal with her. As a loyal customer, I expected better.
Reshu Arora2 months agoRebecca, the store manager always has an attitude and is rude to deal with every single time. It speaks volumes if clients start avoiding a store after seeing her inside and think of coming at another time. Not only does she make displeasing remarks at the time of anything being returned, she specifically turned me down when I wanted to buy some items citing that I can order them online. She also treats white customers with a greeting and a smile but anyone of color in the store and entire energy shifts into mean, rude and unwelcoming attitude. Read other reviews of this store to find out I am not the only one to feel this about her. Every third person has suffered. On the contrary, there is a young, white woman working here, probably in her twenties, I'm not aware of her name but she is very helpful, always smiles, greets and offers assistance and advice whenever needed.

She went above and beyond to help me find exactly the workwear I needed, offering thoughtful suggestions and genuine care without ever being pushy. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made the entire shopping experience easy and enjoyable. This is customer service at its best — I’ll definitely be back because of her!
P H7 months agoUnfortunately, my experience at the Bellevue White House Black Market was very disappointing. The issue wasn’t the pricing mistake itself, but how it was handled—dismissive behavior, refusal to sell the item, and unnecessary escalation by store management. When we asked for the customer service phone number, both associates rolled their eyes in a visibly unprofessional manner. Additionally, my mom has experienced multiple instances of being overcharged at checkout by Rebecca and the team. While corporate ultimately helped resolve the issue, the in-store customer service needs significant improvement.
Sindu3 years agoI will start by saying that this is one of my favorite store to shop at. They have great trendy clothes and nice sales going on as well. I would highly recommend this place for someone looking for feminine clothing. I took off 4 stars because, the women who work at this store are extremely rude. They don’t help you at all. I have been to other White House Black Market stores and had always gotten amazing service. I will be shopping online from here and I’d suggest you to do the same.
