raphaela month agoBest Victoria Secret ever!! Nicole helped me find what I needed and the exact sizes and even remeasured me!! It was an awesome experience with her and will definitely be coming back to her. Thanks Bellevue Victoria Secret for hiring the best people ever!
Vicky Johnsona month agoWent to exchange an ill-fitting bra and searched for the manager, but was met with an interrogation by her. She asked if I had tried on the bra before purchase and then continued asking me to remember the reason why I didn't try it on first that day and if I was too in a hurry to try it on first. I wasn't sure what all the questioning had to do with my current customer need/request. It was ridiculous and uncomfortable and make the experience uneasy so much that I didn't even want to shop there or buy additional items, even though I found a few I had liked before that exchange. If you want actual customer service, seek any other VS location.

Melissa Elkins7 months agoThe blonde at the register has a not great attitude (exceptionally curt, acted like my question was dumb ) but the girlies stocking everything overtime are super sweet and helpful. There was a huge tuft of dust that I thought was a bug, things could be cleaner. Quality of the bras seems better than it has been in the last couple years. Dec 2025.
C M6 months agoThe store was disgusting and the staff was largely unhelpful. The only employee who stood out was a blonde woman with glasses, who seemed nice but was busy with another customer. Overall, not a great so happy the aerie opened, the employees there were significantly nicer.
