Leslie Huang2 weeks agoThe manager (not sure if this is manager but looks bossy for sure. red-bearded gentleman, didn't catch his name) provided some of the worst customer service. I came to pick up a device I ordered the day before. My Verizon app correctly shows me as an Account Manager on our family plan, but the store's system incorrectly listed three identical primary account owners. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or explore any options, he immediately told me to call Verizon customer service, where I waited on hold for over 40 minutes while standing in the store. The only "help" he offered was writing the customer service number on a sticker. Another employee suggested using a pickup locker so I could retrieve the device with a code or order number. The manager shut the idea down, simply saying it wasn't a locker pickup order. I've seen people let a little authority go to their head, and this manager was a perfect example. Customer service is about helping customers solve problems. Not finding reasons not to. If your answer to every issue is "call customer service," then what's the point of having a retail store? I still haven't resolved the issue with the online customer service after 2 hours on the phone.

He was highly professional, explained everything in detail, and answered all our questions with patience and clarity. If you ever need to shop at Verizon, Jordan is definitely the right person to go to. When additional questions came up, Jordan didn’t hesitate to reach out to the customer service team for support. John, who assisted us over the phone, also delivered outstanding service, making the entire process faster and easier. Jordan is dedicated, responsible, and above all, has an excellent attitude toward customer service. He has great potential and would truly excel in a leadership position, such as Manager. We will definitely return—and we will absolutely choose to work with Jordan again. We are very grateful for the experience. Mau & Victor
Lori N2 months agoOne of the best things about having a Verizon phone is the customer service I get. Today I went into the Bellevue Square store to clarify an issue and received great help from Mo the sales rep. His desire to fix the issue for me is exactly the kind of care that keeps me with Verizon. He’s an asset.

When I contacted Verizon, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Mo went so far above and beyond that I felt like a valued customer from start to finish. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about getting things right for me. What really impressed me was that he didn’t just solve my immediate problem—he took the extra time to explain things clearly and suggest ways I could get even more value from my service. That kind of thoughtfulness isn’t something you see every day. Mo is a real asset to the Verizon team, and I truly think he deserves recognition for the exceptional work he does. If promotions and raises are on the table, he should be at the top of the list. Thanks for everything, Mo!
Jamie Gaulta month agoSuper helpful with adding a new number to my daughter's watch. It was complicated by having to setup across accounte, but Guy made it easy. Happy it all was able to work.
