M Q9 months agoSame styles different colors. HOW MANY SEASONS? Prices are absurd. No longer shopping here. Same damn jeans for the last 15 years. Same sweaters different colors. Same lame staff. Always a youngin in the back managing the grandmas on the floor. When I was there complaining she crawled out and cowardly listened as a 3 decades customer was complaining and she had nothing to Say to save the day or the customer. I was returning a sweater with a receipt and tags that was over 45 days. New America. “Stick it to them, and shut the door. The last time you sell me anything. And the gift card you made me accept instead of an honest return will cost you.
Debra Murdocha year agoI was in a jam and needed some shirts for my because he had lost weight and had none. We had 5 days to order and get the shirts to my house before our trip Marina and I think Jeanna helped me all the shirts had to be ordered and one came from Hawaii. I got all 3 shirts in 4 days and they made our trip so much more comfortable and happy 😃 THANK YOU SO MUCH TO BOTH OF THEM. Debbie
Brenda Lenandera year agoMy fiancé has been a shopper at Tommy Bahama Bellevue Square for over a decade. We got a pair of jeans in the same size always purchased that were mislabeled or something because they are 2 inches shorter than labeled and than all of his other jeans. Mind you, fiancé has 4 other pair of the same jeans in the same size. When presented to the manager he would not offer an exchange because it wa outside of the 90 days. In my opinion, there should’ve been an exception in this case. They are brand new and clearly shorter than every other pair of 36x32s.
Mark Fitzsimmons3 years agoSuper comfortable clothing. It's stylish and perfect for summer or any warm climate. The fabrics are very soft and they have a great selection. Although it's not inexpensive, the quality justifies the price, and offers good value.
Bob Fox3 years agoI have never been disappointed with the Tommy Bahama store at Bellsquare mall. The staff are very knowledgeable with the Tommy Bahama products. I have found their suggestions most helpful. Great store layout. The store always has the latest styles.If the store doesn't have your size or color, the staff is always willing to order it for you. Kudos to the staff and the Tommy Bahama Company for their attention to detail.
