Lori G3 months agoNice selection and friendly staff. If the item you want is not in the store, they can order it for you and show you different colors. I like to be able to try things on and know how the sizes work, even if they don’t have it in the store at the time. Staff is great and tells you how different things run in sizing and other items that may better fit you based on your body type. The store is clean and spacious so you can see the items they have in store. The dressing rooms are clean and large enough to change and hang up what you were wearing. I especially like how the curtains have magnets and adhere to the wall of the dressing room so there aren’t gaps in the curtain, for privacy. The clothing items are well made. They carry their own items as well as other companies clothing and all are quality made. I have always found partaking within a block of the store. I like that I can order things online and return to the store without being lectured. I live in Tacoma so getting to Bellevue takes planning for me around work and busy traffic hours.

Susan McKee7 months agoTitle Nine in Bellevue is my go-to for the Pacific Northwest lifestyle! Their collection is always fresh and fun, with everything from hiking pants and jogging shirts to summer swimwear. The location on Main Street is super convenient, and a huge plus is the free parking just down the street—which is almost unheard of in Bellevue! What really sets this store apart is the staff. They are incredibly patient and supportive. I brought about 20 pairs of pants into the dressing room, and they didn’t blink an eye. They truly understand that every body is different and that you need to try things on to find the right fit. When I found the perfect size 6 but wanted a different color, they jumped right on the website with me to order it. I had two new pairs shipped to my house and they arrived in just three days! Highly recommend.

Kris Colburn8 years agoAwesome customer service! I knew the type of clothing I wanted, and Tina personally took me around picking those particular items off the racks. She hung around while I tried them on, and got other sizes as I needed them in the dressing room. It was like having a personal shopper!
