Kristin Ward2 years agoI threw a cup of paint at a wall today- on purpose in a perfectly clean, white room and it felt sooooo good! A beautiful friend of mine saw the need for a space like this to release and “throw it back” and has made it a reality. She thought of everything! Compostable paint and paper. A Zen Den. Hair ties. I had the opportunity to go and throw. I didn’t realize how badly I needed this until I was deep in it and feeling the throwing. There were moments I was so overwhelmed with my own thoughts and feelings that I just sat and cried- a good, releasing cry and then got up again and threw more until I felt this sense of calm wash over me. It was unlike any release I’ve had. And it was wonderful. I’m so glad I took a video of it. I’ve watch it over and over again giving me that gratification and release I felt standing in the room. I had a hard time leaving the space because I felt a sense of control in a world that I do not have control over. Thank you so much @therapaint for your friendship and having me in your beautiful space! I’ll be back soon! I strongly suggest everyone check them out! 🩷🩷 “Life can throw a lot at you, it’s time to throw it back.”

Becky Hicksa year agoI had a great experience at TheraPaint Studio. When else do you get to go crazy and throw paint (without having to cleanup after)! Definitely a release! The space is lovely and well thought out. The “womb room” was a treasure and the garden was lovely. Hoping to make this somewhat of a regular activity to add to my personal care arsenal. Would definitely recommend!
Brianna Leggieria year agoThis is one of the best things I’ve ever done for my self care. It’s a truly unique experience to have in Nashville. Being able to throw non-toxic paint at a wall with no repercussions provided an outlet I didn’t know I needed. It was a wonderful stress relief and alone time to let out your emotions. Jackie, the owner, is a lovely host and made the process seamless and inviting. So much love went into the design of the space. It was instantly calming. Everything was very thought-out. The studio room I reserved was spa-like and even had its own ensuite bathroom. A moment in the Zen Den is the perfect way to end the visit. A TheraPaint session would make the most thoughtful gift.
