Renovated in 2014, with the addition of an outdoor Event Plaza in 2015, renting the building includes both spaces. The Plaza is covered by a large tent from October-May. The GMB is an open plan building with multiple entrances and is fully air conditioned with restrooms and a large kitchen. A picturesque view of the historic Maitland Art Center campus can be seen from inside the building, and attendees are welcome to enjoy the Center's gardens & chapel while on-site. Free parking is directly next to the building.
