renee5 months agoBought a sweatshirt for my husband as a gift while on vacation. It washed and the letters stuck together I was able to peel apart but even on a low heat setting the letters formed together now unable to wear. I emailed customer service and I haven’t got a response. Very disappointed after paying $70+ on a hoodie.
Eric4 weeks agoI rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing from start to finish. The customer service was surprisingly unfriendly and dismissive. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like I was inconveniencing the staff by asking simple questions over this past 4th of july weekend. For a boutique that markets itself as providing a high-end shopping experience, I expected professionalism, attentiveness, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, that wasn’t what I experienced. The atmosphere felt cliquey and uninviting, and there seemed to be very little interest in actually helping customers. As a local, it’s disappointing because I wanted to support this business. There are plenty of other boutiques in Nashville that make customers feel valued and appreciated. I won’t be returning.
Kathy Fox6 years agoI wanted to get something with NASH on it and this is the place to go. Very friendly and helpful staff as I wandered around looking. They had NASH, SMASH, and TENN clothing items and hats in a variety of colors and patterns, as well as, gift items. Found a NASH sweatshirt that was so soft and comfy I had to get it. The quality was top notch and made to last. Definitely a great place to stop by if you are visiting Nashville or a local. As a note, the store is located on the second floor above the FedEx on Broadway across from Kid Rock’s place.
Tara Allen 515 years agoNashville clothing, hats, and gifts. You can even find baby clothes here. Located now at Fifth + Broad, you can enjoy some great food, drinks, & do some shopping. Parking garages are nearby!
