bencoproductionllc3 weeks agoI visited The Mall at Green Hills while spending time in Nashville. The mall was clean, comfortable, and had a good variety of stores to browse. It was fairly busy, but still easy to walk around. Overall, it was a pleasant place to shop and take a break.
Willie Hicks3 months agoFabulous, well designed , multi-level mall with high end shopping as well as national brands. Great architecture with great lighting. Plenty of parking including an underground garage that leads right up into the mall. The natural and artificial light blend very well together, making just walking the corridors a visual delight. And of course, no mall can go wrong with a Cheesecake Factory on the property...
Toni Thompson5 months agoThis organized, minimalist mall offers a variety of national and local clothing, services and eateries. The map is clear and legible at accessible level. The map shows sit down restaurants and more faster food venues for quicker and take out service. The mall is accessible entry with double doors. The venue is accessible with ramps in Tasteful decor. Accessible restrooms Free van accessible parking in parking garage and parking lot shared by all venues
Ellen Tift8 months agoOver the years this mall has shifted to higher end luxury brands. It’s nice with several seating areas and a handful of nice dining options. No food court but full restaurants both casual and upscale. The reason I not give it four and not five stars is that it is not a mall for entertaining small children. There’s no play area or anything for kids to climb on while parents rest. I’d have liked that when my child was young. The best place to find a parking spot is the parking garage under Dillards. The nicest bathroom is Nordstrom or else if you want to exit the mall and go into the restoration hardware entrance, those bathrooms are fantastic. The restaurant in Restoration Hardware is lovely and expensive. You can get hot tea and a chocolate chip cookie and feel fancy for a while without breaking the bank. (I’ve seen both Nicole Kidman and Reese Witherspoon dining there at different times.)

With a mix of high-end boutiques and well-known national stores, it offers something for both luxury shoppers and casual visitors alike. What really stood out was the welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Whether you’re browsing for a $5 item or a $5,000 purchase, the staff treats everyone with the same level of respect and kindness—no judgment at all. Beyond shopping, the mall has plenty of dining options and stores that cater to the everyday shopper, making it a great place to spend some time, even if you're not looking to splurge. On our visit, the mall was uncrowded and very comfortable, sitting at maybe one-third capacity, which made for a relaxing experience. We’ll definitely return—it’s a great mall with a classy yet inclusive vibe and a perfect way to pass the time while in the area!
