jarrett bowen2 months ago“Health club” is a JOKE. Advertise what you currently have. Under construction but not what you are showing when a buyer is setting up there stay. Another guest stated “the disappoint is real when you walk in” as I entered the “health club”. Make sure to bring your own water, or the $5 water from the room, because the water fountain is locked in the “construction” area and you’ll have to buy water ($6) from the machine.
Jennifer Ca month agoMisleading advertising. There are no longer any sauna, steam rooms, or spa services, apparently ever since Covid. The website description is severely out of date.

Francisco Cartagena6 years agoBefore I explain my rating please know that this review is coming from someone who spent 8 years of his professional life working and managing different Hilton properties. The pros are simply the facility and amenities the health club has. CONS are the service and staff. I was a former member interested in reinstating my old membership. The previous Health club leadership.embraced the loyalty of members and took care of them . The new leadership and service is garbage. Loyalty means nothing (even a staff member told me that) . Its all about money with them. *update* The health club responded to the review but DID NOT make it right. They still don't get it. Loyalty is everything between businesses and people and unfortunately the health club team does not understand it.
J3 years agoThe lobby is deceptively nice in comparison to the rooms. For some odd reason the rooms are all angled towards the middle of the hotel. The ground is so angled that a sliding door has to be used for the bathroom door, which means there's a noticeable gap in the bottom of the door. Speaking of the bathroom, there is no ventilation whatsoever so anytime you take a shower the entire room is muggy. The thermostat is probably the weirdest I've ever seen. If the room is too hot and you click the thermostat one degree down, it will continue to decrease the temperature until you stop it. The same is true for the opposite, the heat will continue to rise until you stop it, just off of one click. There is no free breakfast, and the breakfast sold in the restaurant is severely overpriced for what you get. There is also no free WIFI. This is a money grab, for no other reason than because Disneyland is within walking distance. Not worth the money at all.
