I checked in, there were barely curtains in the room (half torn down and don’t close), there were no blankets on the bed except for a sheet and there was a bed bug on the pillow. I checked right back out and the lady at the front desk said her manager would approve a refund since I didn’t stay there. A week later and I’m still fighting for my refund. Finally spoke with the manager who was VERY rude and pretty much stated I was lying about those complaints. (Look at other reviews, it’s not just me). I was going to accept my refund and move on but instead, here are still shots of the video I took at the hotel.
101Felix Holmes3 months agoI’m surprised this place is still open. I could honestly give this 0/5. The location and the motel/inn felt unsafe, with visible worn out interior decor, walls, floors, carpets. My third-floor room had broken furniture and a door that wouldn’t lock properly. The receptionist did offer a refund, which I appreciated. I ended up booking a hotel near IAH instead, which was much cleaner and safer. I would not recommend staying here.
Kayla3 months agoThe worst place ever. Online is a bunch of lies. There's no Wi-Fi, no cable, and the pills outside broke. the place is so dirty it took us switching 3 rooms before they got us into a half descent room. The halls smell. If the health inspector came this place would be shut down
Justin Mitchella month agoIts no 5 star hotel, but it never claimed to be the staff have never been anything but helpful and understanding the floors get swept and vacuumed regularly and the trash always gets taken out the room rates aren't constantly fluctuating every day and they are priced extremely fairly for what it is
Adam Smith3 months agoNo wifi, doesn't work at all. Have to use your phone Hotspot. Stayed for 3 days and 0 room service, terrible customer service!
