Kelli Huber2 months agoWas an amazing experience. They had a pool that wasnt freezing. I was there a week so the full fridge and kitchen was amazing. Also the FREE guest laundry helped out so much. They had social hour Monday-Wednesday and its free dinner. Plus a parfait bar along with so much more for breakfast. It was a pet friendly spot and I didn't hear not one bark. Plus awesome court yard with fireplaces and grills. Definitely loved it Zeus took good care of me and informed me on all the perks to this home away from home. Definitely recommend.
ayannaha month agoMy time here has been great! When I first got here, I had a late check in because the room wasn’t ready, but I was compensated with a late checkout so I am satisfied with that. The food is really good, and the staff has been super friendly & helpful. The rooms were clean & comfortable. The pool was clean. Great hotel!
Centerria Manning5 months agoI just wanted to take a moment to extend a heartfelt thank you to the entire staff. From the manager to Zeus at the front desk, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. A few days before arriving, I called and spoke with the manager to ask if it would be okay for my daughter, who had just turned 16, to have a slumber party at the hotel. She was so pleasant and reassuring, letting me know it would be perfectly fine, which I truly appreciated. When we arrived, Zeus I believe that is his name. Went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. He greeted me with a handshake, had an amazing attitude, and made us feel genuinely at home from the moment we walked in. He encouraged us to reach out if we needed anything, and that level of hospitality meant so much to us. Our room was nice and clean overall. The only small suggestion I would offer for housekeeping is to check underneath the pull-out couch mattress, as there were a few crumbs left from a previous stay. Aside from that minor detail, everything was well maintained. Overall, the hotel was very kid-friendly, and the staff created such a warm and comfortable environment. One of the most special moments was walking through the hallways and seeing my daughter’s name displayed on the fireplace with a “Happy Birthday” message — it was absolutely beautiful and such a thoughtful touch. We truly felt right at home and will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much to the Staybridge staff for helping make my daughter’s 16th birthday sleepover so special and memorable!
joanne kloeppel5 months agoExcellent experience from the warm greeting by the front desk to the lovely atmosphere created by the happy hour hostess, looking after the guests making sure there were snacks for all. The bed was just so comfortable as were the pillows. I did not want to get up! The layout of the room is very comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. We hit the Trader Joe’s a block away and were able to cook a great dinner. The pool area was clean and well stocked with towels, the water was comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again. They also greeted us as Platinum Elite members with a point bonus and a room upgrade which was so nice.
David Willsa month agoThis had to be one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in a while and note I am a loyal IHG member and have stayed at a number of IHG brands. We had a room with stained carpets, food under the couch, dirty hallway floors, our show handle fell off more than once, the maintenance person left the door ajar after he "fixed" it the first time and was left ajar until we came back hours later, the maintenance man left our door ajar because there was a problem with the door mechanics, he never came back to fix it again after asking the front desk, our fan/AC would only work on low and not work on high. When asking about changing rooms of course they were booked solid so that was a no go. The pool was cold and dirty so much so the kids would not even swim in it. We stayed for 3 nights and had the same breakfast every day when normally they will switch items for variety. This experience makes me question my loyalty for sure.
