Kyle Derscha month agoLocation is decently close to Broadway to walk back and forth without needing a ride or to drive. However, parking is incredibly expensive and the adjacent outdoor lot is not any cheaper than hotel valet. The room layout pushes the second bed really close to the AC so it blows on you constantly all night. The bathroom is a galley style with a barn door and the toilet in a corner. The remainder of the room is really wasted space that could be better utilized. The pool area is decent but the chairs fill up fast, so get there early. The rental price for a reserved chair is reasonable and it comes with dedicated wait staff. The hotel also sells outside resort style day passes. The breakfast area is very small seating and serving wise for the hotel. Many items were out within the last hour of service. The rooftop bar does have a nice balcony which was a plus. L
Jason De Lucca3 months agoI wanted to take a moment to recognize Blaine, the valet at SpringHill Suites Nashville. In a hotel full of friendly staff, Blaine stood out as the absolute highlight of my stay. His professionalism, positive attitude, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests exemplify what true customer service should look like. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel welcomed and valued. He was quick, courteous, personable, and always had a smile on his face no matter how busy things were. SpringHill Suites is fortunate to have someone like him representing their brand. Keep it up, Blaine!!
Candi Davis5 months agoConveniently located in downtown Nashville. Within walking distance to Broadway, right behind the Bridgestone Arena. This is a very nice hotel, very clean, the bed was so comfortable, and the room was quiet. It had a nice, spacious walk in shower. Breakfast was wonderful, with so many different options, and employees kept it clean and stocked. Someone even took my empty plate from the table and threw it away for me. The hotel has valet parking and there is a $50 daily charge for it. Be prepared to wait for a while when they are busy. They do send a text message to your phone when you check your car with them and that takes you to their site where you can request your car to be brought up when you’re ready for it. It also keeps you updated with what spot in line you are in. We would definitely stay here again.
Erin Sawyers2 months agoRoom was great. Super convenient location to everything downtown we wanted to do.Really enjoyed the pool, bar, breakfast. The parking guys were awesome. Blaine took great care of us with our car and needing to go back and get things out of it, etc.
Charisse Thompson3 months agoThis location thoroughly surprised me. Extremely clean, and conveniently located! The ambiance in the lounge, the pool deck, rooms, staff, and service was top tier! The furniture in the lounge area…. Just wow! Color combo was insane! I didn’t want to go up to my room! I’ll be back for sure!
