  The hotel boasts an excellent location and modern room amenities, within a 5-minute walk of the MRT and shopping mall. The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and courteous; Fazring at the front desk is particularly impressive. During check-in, he meticulously and thoughtfully explained our rights, offered warm greetings, and remembered our preferences, making us feel truly welcome. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but each item was beautifully presented and very appetizing. The freshly cooked area offered various egg dishes and 2 kinds of Chinese noodle options, making it a great choice overall. Highly recommended! Outside the hotel, Zhang Liang Malatang features fresh ingredients, a clean and aesthetically pleasing setup, and incredibly friendly staff; I recommend trying it if you're staying at the hotel.

  had an impromptu stay here for 3 days 2nights. service was excellent... housekeeping, reception and room service were all prompt and in fact worthy of that of a 5 star hotel. room is smaller in size but well maintained, clean and very comfortable. nice view of the area. it was so comfortable I finally got enough rest every night and did not manage to go to the infinity pool haha. only downside was there wasn't a real mini bar or fridge..only a chiller was provided. the chiller upon check in was faulty... and even though it was at night I was impressed they called the technician in to come and replace the entire unit which he did very swiftly ! in room dining - tried to tiger prawn laksa.. what a treat ! great location as well. highly recommended...very clean which is a top priority for me

  This hotel is a absolutely Incredible!!! From the complimentary breakfast with such high quality food to the amazing staff and amenities, I would suggest for everyone to stay here! The roof top infinity ♾️ pool is so beautiful and the city views are unmatched!! The staff is so helpful and friendly!! Top 2 hotels I've ever stayed in for sure!💕

  I stayed here during a solo trip, and it proved to be an excellent choice for a functional yet stylish base in Singapore. The room layout is incredibly efficient for solo travelers. I loved the floor-to-ceiling windows that offered a sprawling view of the city right from the bed. The modern, minimalist aesthetic with warm wood flooring makes the space feel cozy. The setup is a huge plus, plenty of power outlets near the bed and a dedicated Nespresso station for a quick caffeine fix before heading out. The bathroom is spotless, featuring a powerful rainfall shower and quality Nirvae Botanicals toiletries. The hotel is housed in a striking glass skyscraper atop Royal Square. Being in Novena means I’m away from the chaotic tourist crush of Orchard Road, but still only a few MRT stops away. Perfect for solo travelers like me who appreciate high-floor views, modern design, and a quiet but accessible location😍

  If you want a sleek, modern stay that avoids the chaotic tourist crowds of Orchard Road but keeps you connected to everything, this hotel is a brilliant choice. It sits right in the vibrant Novena hub, striking the perfect balance between business-smart and vacation-chill. The Best Parts: Zero MRT hassle: The location is incredibly convenient. You’re directly connected to the Novena MRT station, meaning you can jump on a train and get downtown in minutes without ever melting in the outdoor heat. Actual room to stretch out: Unlike many notoriously cramped Singapore hotel rooms, the spaces here are impressively wide and airy. You get large windows with killer city views, tons of natural light, and a layout that doesn't make you trip over your own bags. i even make a timelapse from my 23rd floor room. Next-level fitness facilities: If you like keeping up with your workouts, you're in for a treat. Aside from the hotel's own setup, they partner with Trilogy Fitness Novena. It gives you access to a proper, fully-equipped gym environment that goes way beyond the sad, single-treadmill rooms you usually find in hotels. That rooftop infinity pool: Located way up on the 33rd floor, the rooftop pool is an absolute showstopper. It feels like you're swimming right off the edge of the city, making it the perfect spot for a morning dip or a lazy afternoon cool-down. Vibes at Las Palmas: Right next to the pool is Las Palmas, their rooftop bar. It has a super fun, retro 1960s Southern California poolside vibe. The cocktails are excellent, the food is great, and grabbing a drink here at sunset with the city skyline lighting up below you is tough to beat. I tried their absolutely high value happy hour F&B (2 glasses of Stella Artois, and finger food such as fries and chicken breast) Staff who genuinely care: The service here feels effortless. The staff are incredibly sharp, attentive, and quick to help out with any random request. They remember your face, ask how your day went, and make the whole experience feel premium but completely unpretentious. I should especially compliment Mr. Elangovan (pictured in my review), who is proud of his job as a concierge, and always make me felt welcomed. It's clean, connected, has amazing rooftop perks, and gives you plenty of space to breathe. Ideal for anyone wanting a smooth, high-quality base camp in Singapore.
