  Loved this courtyard! Located right off the river walk the noise level was non existent which is rare! Staff were very friendly during check in and check out. The bistro was great and the service there was also amazing. Valet a little pricy but it is downtown but the staff was attentive and excellent as well. Shout out to Jerry and Luis during our checkout process were great. Definitely coming back!

  The staff here were very friendly. We also came on the last weekend of Fiesta so the place was packed. The valet staff was very nice but it was a $59 per night charge with no option for self parking. The hotel was room was over all decent but it was a little on the older side. They also did not have breakfast. The gym was adequate but the pool was very nice. We could see the nicer rooftop pool at The Drury next door. The next time, I might splurge a little more and stay at a nicer hotel. We have stayed at the Canopy next door. The Omni Mansion, The Hyatt, and The Marriott River Center. I would stay here if I was on a solo business trip but probably a nicer option when ai bring the family to town.

  I’ve stayed at a number of Courtyard by Marriott properties over the years, and unfortunately this location didn’t quite meet the standard I’ve come to expect. The overall level of professionalism and the general atmosphere felt below what I typically associate with the brand. One specific issue I encountered was that the in-shower soap and shampoo dispenser was empty. I discovered this while already in the shower, and since I was only staying one night, I didn’t contact the front desk—but it was still an inconvenience that should have been caught during room preparation. I also want to note that I’m not a fan of the wall-mounted, communal soap and shampoo dispensers. While I understand the environmental reasoning behind them, they tend to feel like a downgrade to the overall guest experience compared to individual amenities, especially since hotel rates keep climbing while perceived service stays the same or trends downward. Overall, there’s room for improvement in both attention to detail and maintaining the level of quality guests expect from Marriott.

  Great place to stay. Close to alot of stuff to do. When staying here a must do is go to Bistro in hotel. Marilyn and Johnny are the best.They make great drinks and service is top notch. They look out for anyone heading to Riverwalk as well people at bistro. Staff in morning is top notch as well with great food and service. Job well done to all at Bistro!!!

  We cannot say enough good things about our stay. The staff was AWESOME, shout outs to Jacob N. And Michael I. The room was beyond nice and the mattress was so comy, we're buying one from their website. The Bisto staff was awesome as well. In all, the entire staff was welcoming, polite and professional. 5 stars, no problem.
