Rashad5 months agoThis review is about the organised New Year Eve's event and poor reply from Silo Brussels. The New Year Eve's party was badly organised: 1. Very cold inside the venue 2. Not allowed to enter the party with coats 3. Queued for 1 hour to put down coats, the queue become chaotic with noone organising the process. After queuing for one hour and the chaos it turned into we felt unsafe to stay in the queue/crowd and left the party without even being able to enter. 4. I contacted the Xceed - the company that sold the tickets online to complain about the event and get a refund. They forwarded me to Silo Brussels who did not take any responsibility for this event as the venue was rented out to organisers of the party. They quoted name Trendy for the party organiser. I asked for the company's email details, received no response. Then I searched online and found the organisers Instagram account but no email to ask them for a refund for the tickets. Basically, bought tickets for an event that we couldn't even enter and received poor customer service. And, turn on the heating, please.

Jan Hidders6 years agoIndustrial roughness with some refined touches. Great place for events, functions, et cetera. Only downside is that it is not in the center of Brussels and is not trivial to reach by public transportation.
Bart6 years agoNice event location, but it was far too cold because of badly designed heating system. 10's of people went to the vestibule to put their coat back on. It was November.
