I just stayed two nights while working in the area. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was updated. The room was clean. It was very quiet. I don’t hear any neighbors or traffic. The bed was comfortable. The issue I had was waking up very warm because the air was unable to cool the room. There’s a lot of positives, but that’s a deal breaker for me. I won’t be staying here again.

I stayed at this hotel for a month while travelling on business and found the experience to be a mixed bag. There were several positive aspects, including the convenient location and reasonably comfortable rooms. However, a number of issues became increasingly apparent during a longer stay, particularly regarding service consistency, maintenance, and billing. The location is excellent, with easy access to a wide range of shops, services, and major roads. However, the hotel charges $12 per night for parking, which feels excessive given the already high cost of staying here. The rooms are spacious and generally comfortable, but housekeeping was inconsistent. Water and coffee supplies were not always replenished, and on one occasion I had to wait two days for shower gel before eventually requesting it from reception. The food was average overall. The steak salad was probably the highlight of the menu, but the pizza was so poor that I returned it. Following what I now refer to as "Pizza Gate" on 17 May, I requested the removal of the $35-per-day Club Lounge upgrade from my bill. Upon returning home, it appears that the refund has still not been processed to my company's card. Over 11 days, this amounts to $385, which is a significant oversight. As someone who travels to the United States for work, I will need accommodation again in the future. Unfortunately, this hotel will not be under consideration. In summary, the hotel may be suitable for short stays of up to a week, but I would advise business travellers undertaking longer stays to pay close attention to additional charges and ensure any promised refunds are properly processed.

Great for Business Weekdays, Avoid at All Costs on Weekends. I want to start by saying the staff here are clearly doing the best they can with the hand they’ve been dealt. During the week, this hotel meets all the standard expectations of a high-quality stay. However, if your stay transitions into a Friday or Saturday night, the experience drops from a professional hotel to a chaotic, unmanaged environment. The hotel is attached to an event center and frequently hosts youth sports and dance tournaments. During my stay, the lobby and hallways were a literal zoo. Because of the volume of unsupervised children, the amenities I actually paid for—the gym, the pool, and the jacuzzi (which was eventually shut down)—were completely unusable. The most frustrating part is the lack of transparency; there is no warning at booking that the facilities will be inaccessible to regular guests, and no "slack" or compensation offered when you lose the very things you purchased. Between the noise in the hallways lasting until midnight and the total lack of parental supervision, it felt like a two-star experience at a premium price point. Bottom line: If you are here for work Monday through Thursday, it’s a solid choice. If you are looking for a weekend stay or a place to relax, find a hotel that doesn't host a thousand screaming kids. You’ll get better service and actually be able to use the amenities you paid for.

Room was clean and spacious. Hotel itself was clean. 4 elevators were quick and convenient. The cons were that my pillows smelled like an old man and also the front desk trying to trick people to pay for parking when there is a ton of free street parking.

Have been visiting this hotel for over 25 years and the staff is fantastic, the atmosphere is upscale and professional for meetings, lunches and dinners! We've hosted several corporate events using their conference facilities and the staff, process and space was perfect!
