Dianna Shimmers4 months agoI stopped by the store last Wednesday to pick up a gift for my boyfriend, who’s a big Seattle Seahawks fan. I’ll admit, I don’t know much about sports teams or logos, but I figured I’d trust my instincts and find something that looked right. Well… turns out my instincts needed a little help. I grabbed a cap I thought had the Seahawks logo, only to realize at the register I was actually about to take home a San Francisco 49ers hat. 😅 Thankfully, the associate helping me was incredibly kind and patient. They pointed out the mix-up, helped me swap it out right away, and even guided me toward a few other items that my boyfriend will probably love. To be honest, sports stores can feel a little intimidating when you’re not someone who spends much time in them. But this experience ended up being both positive and educational. I’m really grateful to the team member who took the time to help and made the whole visit feel easy and welcoming. Thank you for turning what could’ve been an awkward moment into such a great experience! 🙌
Randy McCaleb5 months agoThis place lies to get your money. They advertised Seahawks player meet and greet but to get access you have to spend $75 at there shop and they were only allowing 80 people. So I went to there store the day before confirmed I had to spend atleast $75 for a wrist band that would get me access. Before purchasing any items I asked the store if we can bring any item to get signed and they said yes so I purchased helmet for my eight year daughter in which the store clerk even stated that will be a nice item to get signed. My daughter and I arrived three hours early today and after all the wait we get to the player and as my daughter hands the player her helmet we are informed they won’t sign helmets. I understand players are limited sometimes to what they can sign. It’s BS that the shop tells you to buy there products to get signature on anything you want and then play stupid after we were denied stating they didn’t know. You are taking peoples money it’s your job to know.
Noelle McQueen8 months agoThis store should get a HINT with these bad reviews already. The staff needs to be replaced. Went here on December 3rd 2025 at 1:00pm. The staff there was horrific and acted like major d bags. Wouldn’t help, acted like everything was an issue with every question we had. Horrible attitudes and unprofessional. Also their prices suck too. Do BETTER!!!! Don’t bother coming here and I won’t be back. Ever.
Ligia Ognean6 months agoThis store practices price gouging. Listed prices were marked up magically after the Seahawks went to Super Bowl. Ticket on a shirt showed $22 but now was $38! When I inquired about the discrepancy they said it was a sale price, if it was sale it would be red tagged. Lies. Buyer- pick a shop that does better!
Leslie2 years agoHorrible customer service, the staff could care less about you. I asked for a jersey to be taken down so I could see it and the employee was so bothered about my request. He was extremely rude I just decided to walk out and buy my jersey elsewhere
