Tess Davis3 months agoLove this spot! Great sports bar and they have killer DJs/music (sound system is 10/10). Super spacious and they do an amazing job hosting events. I was there Election Day with the Spurs (it was packed) and the staff didn’t miss a beat on service! They have food truck on site in the outside courtyard that has great bites, the bartenders are so fun and always bring the party, and they do a great job keeping the tables clean and cleared, even when it’s super busy. Also they have arcade games and cool merch!! The owners are really cool and I always have the best time! My first and last stop of the night every time I’m in town!

I always close my tab after every order, and I caught the bartenders charging different prices for drinks. 1st Order - Ranch water w/Espilon, 2 star burst shots and a ghost energy drink $34.65 2nd Order - Same exact thing MINUS the energy drink - came out to $40.53. I was later told that ranch waters with espilon are $11. Which is fine, but I need the managers of this place to make this make sense. Overall, shady bartenders made for a poor experience. Still wondering how an $11 ranch water and 2 sweet tart shots come out to $40? $29 for 2 shots is wild
no YES Pet Policy7 months agoWe stopped by River North Ice House during our No Pet Policy (with the “No” scratched out 😉) mission to find pet-friendly spots, and this one definitely deserves the spotlight. It’s a huge indoor space packed with fun arcade-style games like Skee-Ball, basketball hoops, and Connect 4 Hoops, which makes it a perfect hangout spot whether you’re coming with friends or your pup. We got there early, and since the place was still empty, Retired K9 Bela basically owned the place — she walked around freely, leash in mouth, exploring every corner like she ran the joint. The bar is big and well-stocked, offering a wide variety of drinks, and there’s also an outdoor patio area with a taco truck, plenty of tables, and a super chill vibe. Pet-friendly, spacious, and full of energy — 100% Retired K9 Bela approved! 🐾🍻

Their customer service was honestly top-tier, super friendly, attentive, and just overall made the vibe way better. Huge shoutout to them for going out of their way to help me look for my wallet tracker too. That kind of effort doesn’t go unnoticed and really shows how much they care about their customers. Definitely appreciate you both, y’all are the reason I’ll be coming back!
Dennaa year agoAlright…River North Icehouse is a nice spot. Spacious and offers a variety of entertainment depending on the day. The space is very clean and could be a cute early date night spot for a drink. The drink prices are priced for that area. So it’s not cheap because it’s more of the Pearl area prices. However it’s not crazy priced just priced for the area. They have a spot for you to play a few arcade games and even a Photo Booth. They do have a food truck located outside. Friendly staff and food is good. Go check this place out. The bartenders are nice and there is always a manager or owner around just being attentive and checking on things. Go in for a visit.
