No Name2 months agoThe spa was okay. The sauna was really nice and using the pool and gym was cool. The showers were also nice, but a big point of contention I had is that a desk person came in and told us that the amenities at the spa including the locker rooms close at 5:30pm looking this up I haven’t been able to find that information. We went in with the idea it would close at 6pm. What really sucked is that I never got to use the relaxation room so I feel like I didn’t get the full experience which is unfortunate for the price.
Jason Ha month agoI cannot speak on the service because I never received it but I can speak on my experience with its management. After booking online for a female massage therapist, checking-in over an hour prior to my appointment, and learning that only a male therapist was available at my appointment time, the manager responded by simply apologizing and asking if I could come back at a different time. She did not offer concessions off of a future service. Seeing that I was already in my robe for my massage and had to get back dressed, she did not ensure the locker room had lotion/oil (which it did not) for my speedy departure. Rather, she blamed everything on the online booking platform and did not acknowledge her team should have confirmed that I was okay with a male therapist during checkin. I ended up leaving frustrated and confused.
Elena Wilson4 months agoLatrice and the Spa attendant (with pink hair) were stellar. Brandon at the front desk was also very helpful! Very sweet and accommodating. The day pass was very much worth it- the pool, steam shower room, sauna, and relaxation lounge were all very nice, clean, and inviting! Definitely will go back when it town again.
Kelsie C7 months agoFantastic experience all around! I had Karen as my masseuse and she was phenomenal! She did a fantastic full body 80 minute massage with lymphatic draining! Probably one of the best massages I have ever received and I have received quite a lot! Best spa experience I have encountered so far! My husband had Natialie and he said she was fantastic and also one of the best massages he has ever received! 10/10 experience. This is now on the list to do at least once a year!
