The interior (black) painting makes the restaurant feel like a cave. The bathroom needs modernization. It is woren and dated.
Lingchao Mao2 months agoThe place is at the heart of Factoria well located. However room a bit dark and service can have room for improvement. Food is good. Red Robin has my favorite burgers and now have the 9.99 burger deals. You can refill and swap sides for free
hina yoppy4 months agoI visited this location hoping to order takeout, as I couldn’t get the online ordering system to work. When I arrived, I clearly mentioned that I wanted my order "to-go," but the staff seemed to have misunderstood and handled it more like a dine-in experience, which led to some confusion. Unfortunately, the quality of the meal didn't quite meet my expectations. By the time I got the burgers home, the buns had become quite soggy, and the fries didn’t have the crispness I usually enjoy. The restaurant wasn't too busy, and it seemed like a nice place to sit down. I’d love to give it another try with my family for a dine-in experience in the future. I hope to see some improvements in the ordering process and service efficiency next time!
Tim Holmes4 months agoWhen we first arrived it seemed like the hosts were having some argument about where to seat people and were mean mugging customers. Restaurant was half full but several tables had piles of garbage on them that seemed to stay for the entire meal (see pic). The waiter was friendly but the fries were cold and the meal was just sort of blah. I used to like Red Robin and think their burgers were good but this place seems to be a problem and was a little depressing. I would have mentioned it to a manager if I could find one because I think this was a great place for kids but I can't recommend it at this point.
Anton Romaniuk8 months agoMy wife, our young daughter, and I visited the Red Robin in Factoria yesterday, and I would like to share some concerns about our experience. Although we requested a high chair upon arrival, we were seated in the passageway between the kitchen and the dining area, and the high chair was never brought to us. The food was mostly good — the burger and macaroni were delicious — but the fries were very dry and lacked flavor. Because we never received the high chair, our daughter stood near the table, and staff told us she was blocking their way, even though the restaurant had plenty of open seating where our family could have been placed more comfortably. Some interactions with the staff felt unfriendly, possibly due to our limited English, and a comment to my wife about talking too loudly was made publicly, which felt uncomfortable. We also noticed an employee sitting in the dining area doing paperwork while giving us dissatisfied looks, which added to the overall discomfort. Lastly, the table dedicated to veterans is positioned directly next to the restroom, which struck us as somewhat disrespectful. I tried to express myself very softly and politely, thank you. We hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.
