Multifunctional and modern, Avenue Conference Center offers 12,000 sq ft across nine rooms on levels 3 and 3.5 with elevator access and is connected to the hotel via Avenue Skybridge. Each meeting space is named after an iconic shopping and entertainment district from around the globe. It highlights our proximity to Avenue Bellevue, which offers guests access to the region's finest shopping and dining in a vibrant setting. - Avenue Foyer (3.500 sq ft) The semi-private third-floor arrival area connects our 11,756 sq ft meeting rooms, boardrooms, and outdoor terrace venue space as an excellent welcoming point for conference guests. The vast space features floor-to-ceiling windows offering impeccable views overlooking the Avenue Plaza, situated ideally for a cocktail party or exhibit booths. - Avenue Grand Ballroom (4,272 sq ft, two partitions: Alpha | Beta), our largest venue of the conference center, is exceptionally situated to offer elegant gala space with its 18-foot ceilings and access to our covered terrace overlooking NE 8th St and Bellevue Square, including floor-to-ceiling windows that bring in tons of natural lighting into this ample space. - Avenue Outdoor Terrace (925 sq ft, covered) is accessible via our Avenue Foyer and Avenue Grand Ballroom; the terrace overlooks NE 8th St and Nordstrom at Bellevue Square, the perfect location to watch downtown Bellevue's firework show on New Year's Eve or SnowFlake Lane while you host your holiday party in the winter months—a picturesque setting day or night with the vibrant and energetic downtown Bellevue hubbub below. - Orchard Road Junior Ballroom (2,275 sq ft, three partitions: Alpha | Beta | Gamma), is our junior ballroom on the third floor adjacent to our Grand Avenue Ballroom and features 18-foot ceilings. Named after the famed shopping and entertainment street in Singapore. - Champs-Élysées Boardroom (651 sq ft) on our 3.5 floor features corner room floor-to-ceiling windows that provide energizing natural light for your meeting and overlook the bustling Avenue Plaza below. Its namesake comes from one of the most famous avenues in Paris, France. - 5th Avenue Room (342 sq ft) is a private meeting room on the 3.5 level with 10-foot ceilings. Its name is inspired by the famous thoroughfare in New York City that attracts millions of visitors yearly. - Ginza Room (396 sq ft) is a private meeting room space on the 3.5 level with 10-foot ceilings. It is aptly named after Tokyo, Japan's upscale shopping and dining district. - Bond Street Room (360 sq ft) is a private meeting space on the 3.5 level with 10-foot ceilings. Its name refers to the prestigious Bond Street in the West End of London, England.

Lily Gilla month agoA really beautifully designed hotel with quiet rooms and amazingly comfortable beds. Service was super kind and friendly. I liked the free coffee and cookies in the lobby. However, everything else felt very upsell ish. The mini bar is so full we had to ask for an extra fridge for my daughter's food and milk. The parking is expensive too.

It was one of the most spacious rooms I’ve ever stayed in — with high ceilings, a huge bathroom, and so much comfort. The gym is amazing, and the location couldn’t be better, right in front of the shopping mall. We were also lucky enough to watch the 4th of July fireworks right from our room window, which made the stay even more special!
Alexander Ross5 months agoEveryone is so nice here and super accommodating and great customer service. Gregg is the best bartender, chill guy with good suggestions. Bobby at the front desk is amazing, as is Faye. Also so nice and accommodating to any changes or requests. Had a great peaceful time, while also surrounded by awesome bars and restaurants to have fun. Highly recommended. Love it!
Vinee Mishra3 months agoMy stay at the InterContinental Bellevue was a wonderful staycation experience, and I’m glad we chose it. The rooms are clean, modern, and elegant, and the overall atmosphere feels more like a boutique hotel than a large chain property. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and I’d like to give a special thanks to Alfred for helping make our stay memorable. In-room dining and service were impeccable—definitely a highlight of our visit. I would also highlight our interaction with the lead concierge, Leanne. She gave us solid recommendations on the dining places nearby and is such a wonderful person to interact with. That said, I did mention in advance that we were celebrating our anniversary, but unfortunately, there wasn’t any special recognition. As a Platinum Elite member, I also didn’t notice any significant room upgrade, which was a bit disappointing. Amenities are somewhat limited, but the hotel does offer a great gym, a solid breakfast buffet, and Le Bar for dining and drinks. My cocktail at Le Bar wasn’t the best, though that may vary depending on the bartender. I loved the Byredo products in the bathroom. Overall, despite a few minor letdowns, I had a great experience and would happily return.
Nick3 months agoAbsolutely amazing experience at InterContinental Seattle Bellevue! We stayed here to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary, and everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. Our room was stunning — we were given a corner room with large panoramic windows and an incredible city view. The staff truly went above and beyond and surprised us with a bottle of sparkling wine and a beautifully presented dessert with a personalized “Happy 5th Anniversary” message. Such a thoughtful and memorable touch! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Bellevue with everything within walking distance. Service, comfort, and attention to detail were all outstanding. Highly recommend for special occasions — we will definitely be back!
